Either way, Global support is really where the question needs to go with the documents of "Will this be approved?" And if they approve it, without matching, so be it welcome to Global.
your ID does not need to match your proof of residency

can anyone explain what is meant by "playing through your deposit" in order to be eligible to cash out (in relation to ring games)... tournament wise, I'm sure if you deposit $50 you would need to play $50 worth of buyins, but with cash, would you just need to make $50 worth of bets/calls/raises? surely it's not $50 or rake, correct? Any info is appreciated

That is interesting, because when I verified mine, they were rejected the first time because they didn't, because I had moved to another city, although still in the same state. That said, this was back now 9 months ago, so it is very possible this process has changed.

Thank you for the info, I will keep it in mind when this question comes up again, and I am sure it will.

Anyone who can help me get cashed out, that’d be awesome. Trying to be patient. $1,500 cashed out 1/29. Multiple emails sent. No response at all.

I think you can send a PM to Joey. I sent one before for you, but it doesn't seem to have fixed it. Others have mentioned hitting them up on Facebook messenger, they seem to respond there as well.

Cancelled cashout. Keep forgetting these things don't get processed during the weekend. Gonna try to grind up the roll till Monday ig. I must've cancelled 5 transactions this weekend alone, smfh.

I PM’d Joey. He hasn’t responded. I don’t have Facebook. I guess I’ll write it off.

They would start work sometime tonight our time, being in Australia. Unless they get President's day off, which I doubt.

Hey mate,

Just responded to you.

Sadly we don't get President's Day off so we are all working!

did anyone ever figure out what caused BeHumble's paypal to get closed?

About your question on cashing out:

I read the Sweeps Rules.

Item 4.

Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash must be played a minimum of 20 times in any combination of Sweepstakes/Prize Promotion Cash games to be eligible to receive a prize.

I did not see anything about "playing through your deposit."

Maybe play the lowest ring game (+20 hands), then try to cash out.

BeHumble had made some transactions with other players, it appears no related to Global, and PayPal had temp banned BeHumble in the past for the behavior. PayPal then decided to perma-ban BeHumble's PayPal account after review and Global worked around the PayPal issues. I don't know if BeHumble is still on Global, but I would suspect not.

Other posters have mentioned a 1x play through in the past which seems different than the 20 times thing.

I believe the 20 times might be related to the write in money, not sure on that point though.

All of that to say, boy I wish this was super clear on the website, no matter what the rules are, Global needs to make them super clear, not leave us guessing in the forums as to what they might be.

Like I said, I read the Sweeps Rules and there was no mention of a 1x play through. I will believe GP before a forum poster.

The 20 times thing was not specific to write in money. In fact, there was no mention of Free $weeps and the 20 times thing.

Sorry I haven't read through the entire thread yet, but I noticed just about everybody in the first 3 pages was cashed out.

It's surprising to me because Paypal bans all transactions that are gambling related.

I have only been playing on there for like 2 months, I got one 5k cashout quickly without any problem but I've now built up a decent bankroll and am looking to get some of the funds off the site...

I heard at the tables from someone though that other players had >100k confiscated.

I'm wondering if there are any steps I should take aside from just withdrawing my funds to Paypal and moving them directly to my bank account ASAP.

If I were to cashout like 25k all at one time would that create some sort of red flag? Should I be trying to make multiple withdrawals for like under 10k? 5k? Or is there just nothing to worry about?

Thanks.

100% agreed. Simply relaying what I have seen in the past, and as I pointed out, I wish it was super clear on Global's website to alleviate all of the guessing.

I had never seen a playthrough request until last week..

Hi xxxxxx,

Good day! We hope this email finds you well.

Please be informed that your cash out request of $xxx.xx was denied because you will need to wager first a total of at least 100% of your recent purchase before you can cash out. Once the play through requirement is met, you can request for another cash out and we will process it accordingly.

Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,
Domelle"

Yes I replaced my real amounts with xxx and replaced my name with xxx's because i find that personal information. Besides that nothing has been altered.

I am very curious about this as well. I want to play on global but I do not want to risk having my paypal account locked and money confiscated for playing there. How are you guys the only site (that i know of) that gets away with paypal as a processor?
