Hey guys, long time lurker here on the forums. I recently made a couple large deposits which were accepted instantly through paypal. Now I sent in the documents to be verified on 1/21 and haven’t received any responses yet to when I’ll be able to withdraw money. I’ve been reading now the process is fast for most people who are cashing out a few hundred, but is it different for a few thousands?

Sent in verification on 1/21.. no response yet.

And for the global poker mods, my screen name is “Dervish”

Thanks!

Took them like a week to verify my account the first time. Once you are verified the cashouts typically take 24-48 hours. Still has only been a few days for you, might be worth sending a follow-up email, but either way they are still very quick assuming you send in the right documents.

Not trying to brag, but I've cashed out 5 figs before and low-mid 4 figs a few times without any delay . Doesn't seem to matter the dollar amount once you are verified. Rest as easy as you can with a US site.

Thanks for the quick response man and congrats on the big cash outs. I’ll wait patiently and update you guys with the results. Does the global poker mod still answer up on here?

Yeah they have to "review" every cashout, even after your docs have been accepted. I would not worry

requested cashout last night, my address has changed since last year when I made the account. I've never seen anywhere to update info, and my cashout is stuck because the 4 utility bills I sent don't match the old address. They do match the drivers license. How do I fix this? Thanks. This happened with me as well. I simply let support know via email and they updated my address on the site. What they care more about is the bill and the id matching in the address.

I rent a room in a house, and all the utility bills are of course in the name of the owner of the house.

Would Global accept an official document from the government (I have a Social Security award letter) that has my address on it?

Thanks Global if you can answer this. Looking forward to my first cashout!

If you have a bank account just print out a statement and take a picture of your address at the top. Thats all they need. This is always my workaround since I'm in college and do not have utility bills

Be careful with how much you deposit. I deposited $100 and recently requested a $50 withdrawal. It was denied because i have not wagered the full amount of my deposit.

If the withdrawal limit is $50, then why do i have to wager my deposit amount before i can get the $50.

Its my money and not bonus money. There should not be any playthrough requirements.

I thought I read somewhere in this forum that the playthrough requirement is supposed to be a deterrent to those who want to use Global for money laundering.

Sorry you can't get your $$$, but the playthrough is explicitly stated in the TOS that you agreed to when you signed up at GP.

Have a blessed day!

Hey guys new member. I already verified my info and successfully cashed out. I am trying to make another withdraw, the first time I made a withdraw I was asked to enter my paypal email address. My paypal email is different from my email with global poker so I was happy they asked. However on my second request i was not asked and it instantly went to complete pending approval. Will the funds be sent to the same paypal email as the first and is that the one they will just keep on file? Thanks

I'm looking for some help with Global Poker.

I requested a cash out on Jan 16, 2018. I immediately replied with the verification documents. (Very Legible) Still today it hadn't been granted, nor had I received a reply. I've been growing angry. I mean this is unacceptable.

I cancelled and requested again today and sent more documents for verification, as I thought my cash out/documents may have been lost in the sea of emails the group gets, due to the lack of a customer service telephone contact.

That is also another disturbing issue, no phone contact. This whole situation has really made me cautious against playing here. I think once I receive my cash out, I'll play elsewhere.

Hope you get your money soon. I'm not aware of anyone having long-term problems in the verification process unless the hangup was something on the players end, as oppose to GP not verifying someone for some random reason.

I'm sure you'll get your money at some point. After that, withdraws will almost always be quick and easy, and if you're a good player you'll do well here at GP since the player pool is pretty soft.

I know you can add multiple emails to your PayPal account. So just add your GP email and you will not need to worry about it.

They will keep sending the cashouts to the same PayPal account you used. Much like you, my global email and paypal email do not match, and I haven't had any issues.

Hi...
First time poster. So I have played on global a few times. Like it. I took advantage of the Chumba Casino bonus(buy in for $1 get a $10 credit) I ran it up to $100 playing Blackjack. I requested a withdrawl and submitted my documents. So, my question is this.. Now that I have submitted for Chumba, do I need to submit docs again in order to cash out on Global?

Fingers crossed for quick withdrawl..
Thanks.
