Kimber, can I get an update on my redemption please. The reason I'm being so persistent is Global Poker has a deadline for Washington State players redemption and its getting very close.

So people have been having trouble in general with cashouts in the last month or at least a few weeks?

Mine has definitely been stuck the longest time for me in 'processing' even after everything got approved. Is there any known issue? Where is the rep?

yeah just contact support if it reaches 10 days. I've personally never had a issue with my cash outs though I have noticed that they have been taking a little longer than usual lately but never reached 9 days +

Alright. I had never had a problem before either. But this is about to be 10 days soon

And support is conveniently not answering my ticket to them. Was trying to get the attention of the rep here

Mine is almost identical

Requested on the 11th. Approved on the 13th

And I don't need to verify anything as I've cashed out before. But this guy got paid on the 15th and mine is still 'processing' on now the 20th. Kimbr, please respond.

For mine in particular, I've never had a cashout just sit on 'processing' after approved and nothing's changed. Actually I think I've just seen it go from approved to 'paid'. And never had it go this long after being approved w/o hitting paid

Is it normal to be sitting on 'processing?'

That's what I'm thinking as well. It shouldn't have been stuck in "PROCESSING". We recently had an update with our back office and this is most likely related. I have already reported both cases to our dev team.

Okay -- the Paypal fiasco really soured Global for me. Not offering crypto withdrawals seems so bananas to me, though.

Uhm. Yeah I was guessing that wasn't great that it was stuck in processing....and that doesn't sound great. What update with what back office. Payments team...back office...dev team...you're just throwing out stuff seems

I'm just trying to help. This thread is almost 200 pages and I don't think we'd be stopping now because we're unable to pay your 700 bucks. I understand how frustrating this is but please refrain from creating multiple tickets. We'll get this sorted for you. Thanks.

Same here. From 'requested' to 'approved' used to take 1-2 days, now it seems to take 3-4, and from 'approved' to in my bank account used to take 2-3 days and now it seems to take 4-5. Doesn't seem like a big deal as long as it's a correction and not a trend.

Mine went from requested to approved fine within 2 days. But now stuck on processing 7 days after that. Support and kimbr have been less than helpful. Some whack bs

Fast, stress free cashouts is like one of two reasons to play on global

Any update from the back office or dev team? You said this was some update issue?

21st now. Into 6 business days and 8 days from when my cashout was approved.

And I have a good bit more than this $700 cashout that I'm looking to cash out yet I can't since mine aren't getting pushed through. Tho I don't see why amount should matter. Either way, looking to get this pushed through so I can cash out another I've been waiting to

Super frustrating because I've lost in the last months then finally hit a bit of an upswing and then my reward is I'm having trouble cashing out on a 'processing' state I haven't seen this long before. With not really anything of a response

Since you were unable to request your prize redemption before WA State was geo-blocked, this will be manually processed by our payments and will take longer than usual. Sorry for the inconvenience.
