Wow reading all these post confirms that many people are in the same shoes regarding cash out problems with Global Poker.
What is going on?? Can a Global Poker Representative give us an update on why there is so many cash out problems?
Its interesting that its so easy to deposit money onto the site but so difficult to take money out.
I have high 5 figures resting on the site so this is very important.
I truly trusted Global Poker to be safer than the bank which is why i put so much in.
Please Global Poker Representative just be honest with us and tell us what is truly going on.
Thank you.

@GlobalPokerKimber
You private messaged me other day telling me that you will have my account checked to see what is going on.
Any updates?
Please let me know as soon as possible.
Thank you

Email MGMT directly with a drop dead date that you are turning it over to the local Attorney General's office. They can just wire you the money in the traditional way. They are earning interest on your money and are either in no rush to resolve or too ****ing incompetent to do it.

Zero chance I'd let it continue. The people I needed to be able to withdraw end of June all got resolved in that manner.

@a dewd

hey dewd really appreciate your advice and feedback.
might be the only option but i think ill give it a week or two.
I still trust the site to pay with normal process but I'm sweating bullets now knowing that so many other loyal customers are having the same issues.
Thanks again for you help

Yeah, I'm not sure how +ev it is to strong arm someone who is literally holding 5 figures of your cash hostage. I am beyond pissed and seriously I feel like each time I talk to someone on that zendesk support page it just feels like a robot / broken record.

Kimbr and Joey please fix this. I've sent you both PMs and you haven't replied. If I have to wait another month for a cash out I'm literally gonna flip my ****.

If you are struggling doing bank transfers, and unimpressed with the fees involved, then add bitcoin as a cash out option. There's literally no legitimate reason not to and will solve most issues in this thread unless there are liquidity issues.

Requested - 7/31
Approved - 7/31

Will update when received.

Where are all of the people having problems from? My dealings with support was laughable, but the cash out came within 4 days of being verified for me. It seems a lot of people with issues are either Canadian or submitted their info wrong, or am I missing something? Curious as I am already nervous about playing here considering they were using PayPal in the first place which is a reg flag imo.

Built up the biggest roll I ever had at one time on Lock poker and would be rather sad to have the same outcome here

@always4bet

Dang might have played my cards wrong on this one guys.
Just couldn't hold back anymore..
If Global Poker holds grudges, then I'm done for lol.
Hope you all get paid tho

btw been criticizing global poker a lot recently.
But in all honestly I love Global Poker site.
Haven't played on a site like this since the Fulltilt and bodog days.
Global Poker does a great job at making sure everyone has a equal and fair playing environment, without any software help. And does a great job at getting rid of all the bots and colluding.
I also really like the Global Poker community where it seems like everyone has each others backs.
Finally, never thought i would say this in a million years but I even like the regs/pros on Global Poker. Never seen a site where the regulars have so much pride, respect, and love for the game. what i mean by that is that i see many many tables with 6 regulars just battling it out in the streets even with the high rake (maybe I'm the fish lol). Not to mention very little bum hunting or sitting out when weaker player goes bust/leaves (except for the few i won't name now). They have my respect.
Hope Global Poker stays like this for many many years to come, its a hidden gem in my opinion.

There isn't a single player on GP who is "pro" , there is some in the 6 max cash games that definitely are pro potential though.

Your post made my day. Thank you for the kind words. I know that your current situation is frustrating but I assure you that we're here for the long haul.

Received in my bank this morning. Cashouts are pretty good, not BTC good but can't complain for it only being 3 days.

Hi!

Everyone here seems to be supportive of one another which is great. And I see that the GP customer service team seems to very responsive.

I just cashed out of Chumba for $1,500 on 7/31 for the first time so I don't necessarily expect to be paid today or even tomorrow.

That said, I am thoroughly confused by the emails that I receive from them. Yesterday I got one where the subject line said "you've been verified" but the verbiage in the email sounds like I have to wait the verification process to be complete before I get paid. Huh?

I really have no clue as to the status of my payout. (Note that I already provided my drivers license and bank statement).

Any insight into how this process works would be greatly appreciated! Also does the money go directly into my checking account?

Seems like Canadians are definitely getting the **** end of the stick on this one.

US cashouts look like theyre taking about 2-4 days from Cashout req until they hit the bank. Canadian cashouts from what i can tell are taking between 2-4 weeks.

Is there a reason for this? and if so, how can we speed up the process?

Been nervously following this thread since my cashout request on Friday, and I usually refer to 2+2 for Global Poker info, so felt sort of obligated to post my experience. I'm a U.S. Player, and this was my first WP Cashout.

Req: 7/27
App: 7/27
Rec: 8/1

There have been complaints about withdrawals since the PayPal days, so maybe I shouldn't be surprised that there are still problems going on. I'm happy overall with my GP experience though, hope everyone gets their issues resolved soon.

Cheers to my first post!

What you mean there isn't a single player on GP who is a "Pro"?? Your talking to one right now. I see a lot of 6 max cash game players on GP who are pros/regs that are mean in the streets that can prolly beat any cash game that runs, any stake, any site. Keep in mind you can't compare GP to the others sites where people would be crippled without HUD and other software help. you don't make any sense, just speaking out of the blue. I mean of course you don't see any pros when your playing 1c/2c with 2 dollars. HU for rollz?
