There’s clearly a problem where cashouts are being shown as “paid” on the site when they’re still being processed.

You guys should fix that.

My money has been sent to the wrong wire number and I contacted support. But they keep telling me to be patient for over 3 weeks instead of correcting and adjusting it to the correct ACH number. I dont know what is going on ……

Will a rep please help me.

Yeah this is an issue. My last cashout was switched to "paid" status. However the money was not deposited into my account until 2 business days later. So don't freak out (like I did lol) if the money hasn't been deposited into your account yet with paid status.

Also - I'm currently waiting on another cashout. It took 4 business days to become approved which happened today. But now it's the weekend. So I anticipate receiving the money sometime around Thursday next week.

I dont know why my payment hasn't been escalated and resolved before all these other people are getting paid , why isn't my payment put as a priority since I been waiting so long ???

Yesterday, I received both cash outs on the 7th business day, counting from my first withdrawal approval. Overall, it was a 13 day wait for the first cash out and a 6 day wait for the larger, second cash out. The money showed as pending in my bank account for 24 hours, which itself is faster than I expected.

This is not as easy as PayPal. However, if future cash outs match the wait times of my second one, I'll be satisfied given processing times for Online Poker in the "Land of the Free".

I reopted in to receive physical bank statements again. I just got a bank statement the other day; I have just now tried doing this whole cashout process again.

I couldn't be bothered with any more conversing or trying to cashout. Waiting for a "logo" which is still, basically, just their freaking name... seems far less AIDS inducing. But, we'll see.

If you guys don't like it... maybe I'll open up paint and try to create a better logo for them.

Hey everyone. I have run out of patience with support who can offer nothing but "your e-mail is being forwarded to the payments team" responses. I'm still waiting for my cash out that was approved on June 21st. It was marked as paid a couple days later but there is still nothing in my bank account. I have sent in all requested documents. This is becoming really frustrating. Seeing users receive payments after requesting a cash out last week is completely ridiculous when there are so many people still waiting

Joey or Kimber can you help?

That's a list of users who apparently have not been paid, including myself. Timeframes range from 1 month to 2 weeks.

I scrutinized this thread before deciding it was safe to make a deposit, and for a site that brands itself on players being able 'cash out quickly', this is really frustrating, even if we are a minority. The lack of communication from support does not help. They have not been able to give me a new time frame, nor highlight anything wrong with the process.

Joey / Kimbr, at this point would much appreciate it if you looked into my account as well (berzerks, 2 cashouts approved for 2 weeks and marked paid). Thank you!

I think we are all out in the same boat bud. I had to pm kimbr my routing number for verification.. on here. Support didn’t have a clue. Shows paid on their end since June 21st (only info support would share). PM one of them. That’s apparently the way around generic emails with little to no service. They’re top notch, zendesk call center needs improvement.

Let them know that your account was not funded and merchant is not offering any assistance after multiple requests.

If enough people with this issue file complaints, WP may get involved and speed things along for you.
