If it just moved to 'paid', wait a day or two. That just means that the payment has been sent. It takes time for the bank to process it.

Word. Thank you. After seeing all the people having trouble here I think I’m a little paranoid if it not working lol. (This is my first cash out on this site)

The more info the better. These threads can give a very clear picture of what’s currently happening if a lot of people contribute. This makes it much more difficult for sites to conceal nefarious activities wrt cashouts for v long. If the majority of us reported the amounts it would be a lot tougher for GP to prioritize smaller cashouts and slowpay bigger ones without the community reporting it quickly. We could also see if there’s a correlation between amount requested and the amount of time to receive.

how does gp know that worldpay never received the funds back? or that the funds coming back arent just taking long?

i need proof that worldpay never received the funds back and how they know this won't happen.
I now have the "proof" from gp but they are obvious errors in the details gp filled out with my cashout to my bank. these errors are the reason for my bank rejecting it. My bank will only talk on the phone to confirm this but world pay and gp wont do that. so even though i keep trying to "coordinate with my bank", this is as far as that goes with me being involved and the limitation of what i can do to coordinate with my bank. so i need gp/worldpay/my bank to figure out the facts with eachother and pay me.

hi all,

I just joined Global Poker a few days ago and am trying to cashout. When doing so, I see two options:
"Bank transfer - You have $550 purchase balance to Net Zero."

and

"Bank Transfer
$350"

Does this literally mean I need to pay a $350-550 fee to cashout?! I'm trying to cashout 900$ if that helps clarify anything. Much assistance would be well appreciated. thx

Not positive, but it sounds like you have to wager another 550 on the tables before you can withdraw the full amount.

There is a 100 percent play through requirement. This means you have to play enough so that every dollar you withdraw has been bet at least once.

So, so far you have bet the 350, and can withdraw the 350 already, it seems.

Before you tell me to talk to my bank again:

I've done that 10 times. They will only talk on phone to verify the rejected 900 deposit. They're out of state. No other contact info, no email support. GP wont talk on phone, WorldPay wont talk on phone. So i can't go any further in talking to my bank. What do I do?

Time to implement Plan B. Stop wasting precious time on 2+2 and GP, be proactive and seek gainful employment. I know $951 is alot to leave on the table, but we are in the peak time for holiday hiring. Give a couple of weeks of hard work and you have a start for you and your child's' future. It's hard to pay the bills while relying on a spin of the wheel. Just my two cents worth. Good luck on whatever path you take.

Just accept being ripped off? No, I'm taking it further if I don't get my money. Poker has been my gainful employment to varying degrees over the years. It is a lot better than netting $4 an hour working a $9 per hour job for 20 hours per week. I still haven't had a chance to play with a proper bankroll at the casino games in town here. We've always needed money from the roll. That is what I'm still trying to do. Play rolled, locally, live and see how it goes. I don't care who looks at mistakes I've made at micros or says they don't think I can win live, etc. I understand most of the mistakes I've made in hands or taking shots, etc. I'm confident in the poker side of things to be able to figure out how to adjust and win live. I usually see and know the right plays to make too. It would be an extremely positive step for me to put in hours at the local poker room like I'm willing to do.

So I'm not accepting being ripped off for 1k. Thanks for suggesting that!

Thanks for the reply. Any other opinions? I was reading up on it, and I deposited 300, 50, 100, and 100. total was $550 in deposits. Also, I feel like I've bet over $350 already..

Are they just wanting me to withdrawal a minimum of $550? Are there any fees for cashing out? Please advise (anyone) with thanks!

And yea I can hope for success for Global Poker while seeing what I can do live. I think RunItOnce and Global Poker might barely keep USA online poker alive for now. I really like to be able to play fair games online though, at home where I can think more clearly than other places.

It "feels" like you have a mental disorder.

This thread has shown a clear path to a seamless cashout process that seems to elude you.

I think your posts ITT should be deleted so those persons trying to find pertinent info don't have sift through all of this nonsense that is clearly not going to be resolved on here or be of any help to 99% of people looking for helpful info on cashouts.

Requested Nov 15th
Approved Nov 16th
Received Nov 20th

Requested Nov 21st
Approved Nov 22nd
Received Nov 27th

5-6 days wait much more reasonable than previous wait times for me as a Canadian

I've still been trying to get as much info as I can into one post, with hopes of hearing from and getting help from Kimbr, so Kimbr has just one post to read/reply to. Kimbr, my bank said they can check the transaction/deposit trace number. Will you please get me the trace number for the October 16th/17th ACH deposit for 900? Thanks.

This thread is the only supplementary contact info that I have for Global Poker besides the main method of email, which is frustrating with Global Poker.

It looks like you have extremely poor reading comprehension, if you did read the posts because the posts detail the information that I did follow correct procedure with Global Poker and my bank to make the cashouts. Do you really think this all happened from some cashout mistake I made? What? I've had other cashouts that went through just fine. I didn't forget how to cashout. Plus, if I had made a cashout error, GP and I would've figured out what happened by now.

The most recent cashout Global Poker has notified me that my bank rejected it due to Global Poker's (or their processor's) error (I gave screenshots of my bank info, for accuracy for getting my account verified to receive cashouts. Mybank does accept ACH payemnts/deposits).

Global did notify me that THEY DID GET the most recent cahsout back and we're working out how it will be paid to me. Global sent me "proof" that my older/other/bigger cashout was paid to my bank but I never got it, my bank rejected it, but gp doesn't have the money back they say. its been 5 weeks. And the proof Global sent me only shows my bank account info to where they initially sent the cashout AND this proof shows the blatant errors/typos that Global must've typo'd when filling out the deposit form. I've asked Global to correct the errors right away when i saw them in this "proof" document. These errors are my bank's specific reason for why the cashout was rejected automatically by them.

The older cashout got lost or something. It was also rejected and sent back to processor/Global Poker by my bank but processor/Global hasn't found it yet (just like the 51.56 recent one was that they DO have back and are trying to pay me).

Question: If the more recent cashout was rejected by my bank and Global Poker did get this 51.56 cashout rejected back to them (yet not the older/bigger 900 cashout back to gp): SINCE THERE WERE THE SAME ERRORS IN THE DETAILS FOR BOTH CASHOUTS, HOW COULD BOTH CASHOUTS NOT HAVE BEEN AUTO-REJECTED). This recent 51.56 cashout was rejected and sent back to gp. So since the errors weren't corrected from 1 month ago, the deposit from that time couldn't possibly have been successful, since the errors weren't corrected for the 51.56 recent cashout.

1 month ago during the older/bigger cashout, the details/info contained the same errors that they do now, and did for the smaller/recent cashout. Global DID GET this recent smaller cashout back but not the bigger older one? [U][U]There were the same errors in the details/notification of the deposit/cashout both times. It just looks like the 900 one is missing somewhere, while the 51.56 smaller more recent one IS showing up as being back into Global's account. GP is working out with me which bank account to resend it to. I'm hoping and praying that the 900 gets found quick too because I need my money!
