jungle one was pretty boring outside of the hot takes, but that was more to do with jungle. ph was good and kassela was fine. was expecting more flames on schwartz and siever tbh.

I think the jungle one was pretty good, it was hurt some by him talking about things he wasn't able to say. Kassela pod was great I think, unique perspective and a lot of good general input. I would say the Hellmuth one was my favorite, he is just good in that format and has so many great stories to tell.

Didn't have time to watch the Hellmuth & Jungle ones, and had already seen them both on Podcasts with Chicago Joey.

But watched the Frank Kassela one which I thought was excellent from both Doug as the interviewer and from Frank himself. Perhaps this particular pod was one for the slightly older (over 35) viewer, which is my age range.
Mixed games ftw.

I thought the Jungle one was great. He gave a fair bit of insight into the very sharpest end of current high stakes play. That might not be so accessible for some, but I thought it was superb.

yeah think when he was talking isildur and tom for 30-40mins was pretty good but outside of that I was a zoning out a bit. was prob just me. think you did an awesome job and would watch again. ph was amazing because of the size of his ego. he had to be filmed/sitting in the room with a huge photo of himself. quite entertaining. brb watching 2hr clips on youtube of his blowups.

Doug, these were nothing short of amazing. Keep these kinds of gems coming every now and then.

Great job and you are getting better each and every single time you are shooting these.

Doug, BTW something important that came to my mind:
Can you make a Polker news vid about the current **** that's going down:
1) The current surge of seemingly arbitrary (mass) bans of users on 888 and account locks and confiscated user funds on all types of networks.
2) AmayaStars Spingo Max: Their newest rip off rake trap gamble casino game that remotely resembles Poker.

Thanks!

Jungleman pod was amazing.

He mentioned super high stakes games in Asia that he "can't play". I wonder if he just doesn't have the right connections or if it's simply above his roll/comfort level...?

If you listen to the Frank Kassela interview without watching you'll discover his voice and inflections sounds exactly like Phil Hellmuth.

And Jungleman interview is GOAT.

And I've never seen him in the same room as former New Zealand cricketer Scott Styris.

I thought the Hellmuth pod was great, lots of interesting stories from the old days, and Hellmuth is always a good interview anyways, well spoken, entertaining, has good stories, etc.

Jungle pod I thought went down the rabbit hole a little bit on the Durr challenge thing, not sure how many people really care about this anymore versus the amount of time that was spent talking about it.

For those that couldn't watch when live, and may not wish to commit 2 hours for the replay, It would be nice to have some timestamps put in the pod description of topics discussed, so if there's something viewers/listeners particularly want to hear, they can skip right to that point in the pod. Thanks.
