We raised $6K+ (which Nick admits) and he donated $4K months later after I went public and before he actually donated the money he said he gave it to Dr. Feusner and when I called his office, his assistant said he hadn't received any money from Nick and he turned it over to the legal department at the hospital. After I told Nick this and other info, he responded by saying "who put a timeline on the donation?" Is that a question asked by someone who already donated the money? I asked him for someone I could talk to that he or Channing gave the money to and got nothing. How is this not clear cut? Have you called the hospital or Dr. Feusner? I told you that I could give you the phone numbers. Unless he donated more very recently, then he still owes around $2.1K. Really? I thought we talked about this. What is the issue here? Why did you accept what I said if it is not clear cut? I thought I clarified the situation. Is there something I am missing? If so, I wish you would have told me.

I never said Nick didn't owe 2.1K, nor did I say he wouldn't pay it. I said it wasn't as clear cut as some would lead you to believe, which I believe to be correct. There is a lot of money in donations, some confirmed, some not, some unable to be confirmed. It's a confusing situation to say the least.

It should also be pointed out that you had me contact one other person who you were positive Nick owed money to who when I got ahold of him denied that claim. People are being repaid. Anyone who has been able to provide me evidence that he owes them money I will attempt to repay. I'm not sure what the **** else people want.

I've been contacted by numerous people over the past month when they were absolutely sure Nick owed some random person money. In every case except one(who I am talking to currently), that person denied the debt when I contacted them. This isn't easy, so stop acting like I should just take the word of one person as holy gospel when people keep feeding me ****ty information they heard 4th hand from some guy who Nick owes money to.

I told Nick if he could show me evidence that he paid that 2.1K to the hospital that I would clear his name. He hasn't provided it yet, so I haven't addressed it. But Nick and I haven't talked about that specific situation in a few weeks because we were trying to pay back other people, including myself...who ya know...is taking on all the risk.

to be fair it was nicks money in the first place right? he paid the buy ins for everyone. doesnt mean its ok but its not like people gave 6k of their own money and nick just stole it.

It was not all Nick's money. Other people donated money to fund spots, too. You probably could attribute some of the money raised to these people, too and it went to Nick not the hospital. I am sure the other donations were in the hundreds of dollars. I and others donated 100% of our profits in some weeks and that money went straight into Nick's pocket because we thought it was going to the hospital. Nick got more money from 2+2'er's because he claimed it was for charity. Nick said that the buy-in's were his donation to the hospital and our profits we sent him were ours. You can't go out and say "hey, I am trying to raise money for charity" and then turn around and keep the money raised even if you supplied the initial capital or baked the cookies or whatever. Nick took something that was good and turned it into something ugly and here we are over a year later and that (fill in the blank) has still not donated all of the money. Shame on you, Nick.

Really? Bodeye and Josh T. told you Nick doesn't owe them any money? They contacted you, right? I was just relaying what they said. I am the messenger not the verification department that is your job. I talk to these guys and they are not some randoms. I don't know anything about the real details. Those are the only people that I know of that contacted you that were sourced by me. Sounds like shoot the messenger to me. Sorry for giving you names. It was an honest mistake. I talked to both of those guys and they said Nick owes them money. What else was I supposed to do? You are the one who asked for names and I gave them. I will talk to them again.

The charity thing is not clear cut if you don't call the doctor, the hospital, read the threads in depth and once you do, it isn't.

Josh T is the one I'm working with. Bodeye told Nick himself that Nick didn't owe him money. As far as I'm concerned, that's all that matters.

I have another message into Bodeye though, I'll re-verify the conversation, but what he told Nick vibes with what other people I've interviewed about that situation all said.

I don't really know why you took offense to my "clear cut" comment. I don't believe the exact wording of what D.S. typed is correct. I've admitted to lots of things ITT, it should be obvious I'm not covering up for anyone. Just trying to make sure the truth comes out.

As of right now, you are still using the chat that Nick sent you as your source for Bodeye then not really Bodeye directly? I am glad you are following up with him directly because I would be surprised that Bodeye said that Nick doesn't owe him any money after my conversation. We don't know the exact context of the conversation either. Do you have the dates? That matters greatly too of course. Like I said, if it comes from Nick especially under these circumstances, it is not dependable and at a minimum, it is very biased if not false. You have to go straight to the source and I gave you the sources. I am glad to hear that Josh is working with you. All I was doing was providing leads not rock solid, vetted, audited, etc. information. Again, best of luck.
