Going to out a couple of people here who have owed me $$ for a long time.

1. PS name halojump, 2p2 name shirokuraudo, IRL name is Zach I don't recall his last name. He may have died for all I know, hasn't logged into 2p2 since September and hasn't played on stars since January 2. He disappeared with a few hundred dollars of stake money. I don't figure he'll ever be back on 2p2.

2. PS name spensamp, 2p2 name spensamp, IRL Spencer Sampson. He was one of the original members of my staking team, pretty sad story that hurts me. He was grinding $2/180s and $3/45s had around $1k in stake equity when he asked to borrow $300 which I sent him. He then disappeared although he has been browsing 2p2. He has either not been on AIM (spensamp) or has me blocked, did not respond to PM, has been playing $12/180s and is up around $600 this year.

I did 3 or 4 transfers for him before. He was friends with a 2+2 player we stake and that's how we got the contact. It wasn't really a big deal to help him out. I would think that someone has more contact for him somewhere? no?

We entered a long term backing agreement in November. The deal was for him to play 90 man SNG's mixed with some MTT's. Part of the agreement was he would send any HH requested by me. Well recently about a month ago he started to take a swing. So when he asked for a 2nd refill I asked him if he would send me a couple HH so I could thumb through to make sure he was playing well and not dumping money. Seeing how his recent graph/bust positions match those of someone not playing optimally.

I insured him I wasn't upset and this was just a precaution. He gave me some lip for a little while but eventually we came to an agreement I would send him the refill and later that night he would send the requested HH. A couple days go by so I ask him where the HH were and he told me he wasn't going to send them. Instead he would send me his pokerhand link. I explained to him that I thought it was great he posted individual hands. However if by chance there was any way he was missing some spots he most likely wouldn't realize he was doing so. So only looking at hands he posted wasn't going to be sufficient enough. That I expected him to send the requested HH as AGREED on a few days before and in our backing agreement.

This led to a few long drawn out conversations. Resulting with him telling me he will never send me any HH. Even after I told him he agreed to it he said he didn't care.

I know he has multiple screen names he plays under DJ FITT. He approached me during DBL GTD week. Wanting to play some higher MTT's. I told him I had no interest in doing so. I told him he could play up to 26s and max out entrys. That if he hit a score or shipped some 90s I may let him play a few higher out of the profit that he needed to check with me first. He responded with he didn't want to play on his current s/n because if he didn't win it would mess up his stats. That he wanted me to back him on his other screen name. I told him I don't and would never want to do that nor did I want to have any knowledge of said account.

I told him he could either keep playing as agreed and send the HH or he needs to pay off his balance and end the deal. A few days later he came to me and said he would pay off the balance. That he couldn't do it right now because of some bull**** bank scandal. That he couldn't get a bank account until the end of this year.

I told him to send the remaining funds. That I would give him a few days to think about how he would pay me back. That I needed him to work out some sort of repayment plan. I told him even if it's 20$/week. That if he needed to skip a week here or there to just let me know and I'd work with him. That I really need him to give me a commitment or some sort of plan. That if he didn't I would make a post warning backers about working with him. He said if I did so I would never see a dime from him. That he would "Ruin" me.

Well here it is. Doubt I'll ever see a dime from him no matter what. I don't know why he was so bent out of shape about sending HH. I'm sure he'll come in here making excuses. I have about 10 hours of him doing so already.

If you want to send evidence of multi-accounting to Mods, you will find Full Tilt may close both of his accounts. Possibly (?) they may also return your money that he stole from you.

edit: After a quick check I see this name DJ FITT is connected to another name (89OfSpades). I will check further to confirm

It's a long story, but I used to play OOTP Baseball(for anyone who knows what that is), and he was a commissioner of a league and he got caught cheating and such.

He didn't out right steal money. He just didn't follow the agreement and lied. Yea I think the 89ofspades is his brothers account (or dads). He mentioned it. All I have is skype records. Half of which are located in Florida (Live in vegas now with new laptop). It's alot of conversation also and would take a great deal of time to go through the hours of conversation to find where he exactly said all of this. Not saying I'm not willing to do it just that it's going to take some time. Just not sure if Tilt will say thats enough proof to take any action.

I'm guessing you saw the thread as it was up the same time as you started backing him, in there it says that MF6 probably made more than he reported (sharkscope and reported figures were different) and refused to send audits. Not only that, he acted like a 12yo boy.

I have read his threads in PocketFives, and these League Threads (numerous) and he always comes across with same answers, goes on and on, its all BS, they are smearing my name, yada yada yada, yet 8 years later same stuff basically. Looks like thief and liar. If you played it on the up and up with your stakers and paid them the money you owed them, and ran the stakes right, we wouldnt even see what a cheater you were back in 2003, and again in 2007 when Gank, others called you out on PocketFives.

In thread with previous staker you even said, HEY my staker was fine with me. If it wasnt, he would come in here and say so....Then guess what, HE CAME IN AND SAID SO. Then of course you disagreed with him.

BTW, you can run audits on both PS and FTP without doing remote sharing. Although, admittingly, the audits on PS are much better.

The allegations laid against me by BigNate904 in the negative feedback thread are almost completely fabricated.

There were also some statements made about being banned on a few different forums. I don't have any other forum accounts aside from this one. Classic deflection from Con Artist....of course he has been banned from many sites.

I worked out a deal with one party to start a stake but it was pending me ok'ing using a remote access tool for account audits. He already played the stake, he potentially underreported thousands of dollars

Fitterer is a POS. His attitude alone is enough to show that he doesn't give two ****s about anyone except himself. Just look at the way he handles himself. Is it really going to be coincidence that he's run into issues with next to everyone?

Well, I removed MF6's approval for now and we'll see how responds to specific points before deciding what to do next. Also, waiting to hear from FT/Stars on the MA stuff.
