Finally got my wire transfer. I think because I forgot to include my name and player ID they didn't transfer it over to the wsop cage, it just sat in some random account at the main cage.

I'm staying at the Rio through next Sunday, have won enough lammers for the events I intend to play with one extra, was hoping someone here could do me a solid and buy it off me, I cringe at trying to talk strangers at the cage into buying a chip.

I read somewhere that $5k chips are now tracked to the "owners" of them. A mate of mine owes me $8k and will be giving it to me when I arrive on Wednesday. Will I have any trouble cashing in a $5k chip that he just hands to me?

I'm just glad to be in the company of men who would be considered potentially profitable at live tournaments while black out drunk.

Last time I played poker blacked out I won $1000 at the aria 2p2 party last year. IIRC it was mostly 4/8 limit.

Hmmm... I was in seat 8 I think, so, something is off. I was to the left of the Asian kid. Definitely white 48, in the 1500nl on Saturday.

I've got a PSA of sorts...

I got pretty sick (stomach stuff) a few days ago. I haven't identified the cause with certainty, but I ate some sushi at the Poker Kitchen the night before, and it's the most likely culprit.

I know there were a lot of posts last year about cold stuff from the PK being high-risk, but I was hungry and stupid.

ug. sorry man. I was told to stay away from there as well. On a somewhat related note, I would highly recommend the Noodle House at the (nearby) Gold Coast. Really excellent. Good service, and if you sit down at the little bar thing, it is quick service as well.

I ate it and didnt get sick a few weeks ago but I also only ate like 3 pieces cause it was so terrible =/
