The rebuys are withered for no reason

Can you make the 11 rebuy a red with a good guarantee (the one at same time as big 109)

Also the 5r an hour later

Now you are raking each rebuy but recs won't care much and the regs will play them if they have big prizepools and lots of recs in

Rebuys are withered because they are raked not for no reason.

Ok, I played the Big $11 today and was pleasantly surprised to see that when I min cashed it was for $19.62. Thank you Stars! For a rec player it actually felt great to earn nearly 2x my BI after playing for a couple hours. It didn't feel like a complete waste of time for a $3 or $4 profit like it has since the payouts were changed.

Luke, how can we convince you that the trial run of this new payout table in these MTT's is better for Stars, and would make regs AND recs happier?!?! People aren't going to game select in your trial based on payout tables, because to be honest there just aren't that many large guarantee micro/low stakes MTT's to choose from nowadays. So I'm not sure what data mining you'll glean from your testing, but 100% this is what we're asking for!! Please put these payouts in (or even pay less of the field) in all the majors/bigs/hots. First place is bigger and looks more attractive to recs, min payouts are close to 2x BI, so when you cash it feels meaningful. Everyone wins except the players in the 12-18% payout range (who didn't care about making back 1.2x their BI anyway).

Seriously, I can't say how much of a slam dunk this would be for Stars to implement these payout tables asap. 90% of the people on here would look the other way to all the other changes and happily grind away. Run a test and seed 2 of the exact same MTT's at the same time with different payout tables and see which does better. Whatever metric you need, outside of the hundreds of people on 2+2 who have said this needs to be fixed, please do it.

Loved the rebuys so it's sad to see it die out like this. This will unlikely be changed until they see the correlation between increase rake and dying games. Everything will be blamed on low volume season of euro games.

Amaya are stupid enough to assume that players will simply play raked rebuy or simply play non rebuys on Stars when its clear that both recreational players and Reg are leaving Stars to play on sites that don't utilize this stupid tactic. At the very least they should not rake $10 rebuy games which is what some sites do but its still a money grab

Luke, yesterday I played a small MTT where the money difference between 3rd and 4th was bigger than the difference between 2nd and 3rd. Is this normal?

PokerStars Tournament #1583937696, Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo

93 players
Total Prize Pool: $930.00 USD
Tournament started 2016/06/10 19:05:00 CET [2016/06/10 13:05:00 ET]

1. 253
2. 170
3. 130
4. 88

Hi

I would like to see o8 omanias 8$ 16$ and 27$ going back to full table before they totally dry out, clearly change havent worked out very good..

And the run times....

Tournament Name Date Prizepool Buy-in
Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 27 Apr 2016 11:05 $2,500 $16.5

Entries Avg. Buy-in
Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 4 hour 40 minutes 145 $16.5

vs old full table

Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 23 Jan 2015 11:05 $4,365 $16.5

Game Running Entries Avg. Buy-in
Pot Limit Omaha Hi/Lo 5 hour 2 minutes 291 $16.5

Obv there +- half hour some times but still that they run faster is not really a good argument...

Stack 8 16 and 27 o8 closer together at peak time and succes is guaranteed...

Hey Amaya, I know this may be hard for you to grasp, but sometimes slapping down decent GTDs on tourneys increases participation in them. Let's take the raked-to-death $2.20+R Splash's from today. Both of these tournaments started at the exact same time.

$2.20+R 5k gtd Splash - 645 runners, $5,740 prize pool
$2.20 15k gtd Saturday Splash - 2,528 runners, $21,416 prize pool.

Interesting how just naming a tourney as special and giving it a better GTD increase participation. Also didn't realize until now the $2.20 Saturday Splash title is misleading as it does not specify +R in the title.....

My avatars on .eu and on .fr got deleted.
I tried to upload a new one on .fr and when I restart the software, the "pending approval" is gone and the avatar is empty.

What is this?

It's a feature, avatars should hopefully no longer be free of charge

Hello xxxx,

Thank you for your email.

Over the last few days we have received hundreds of reports of images not showing up at our tables - including yours. We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and reassure you that our programmers are working on identifying and addressing the issue.

Although we can not provide you with a time-frame for a resolution, we know how important it is for you and all other players, to get this issue fixed as soon as possible and are working towards doing so. Once resolved, we expect your currently approved image to show up at the tables.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Regards,

Joonas

Since the above email a PokerStars rep on here has written that they have the fix, but it will not be deployed for some time [maybe weeks]. They have other bugs they've introduced & I suppose they want to do one large update rather than a few small ones.

Since this is MTT related, I guess this thread is the place to ask. Could you please pass the following request to your software department?

1) The option to color code the table background or header by tournament type such as speed (hyper/turbo/regular).

2) auto sit back when timed out.

Thanks.

That would be a useful standard feature. While you're waiting for PS to take notice you could use StarsHelper [not free unfortunately] - it can colour code the table frame according to the string in the window title: http://starshelper.net/en/guide/frames

Has anyone else had problems with the software randomly erroring and closing down itself in the middle of a session? It just happened to me and i was locked out of my games for at least 5mins, because i logged in again and crashed but 3rd time lucky i got back in, and voilla my stacks had diminished, my time banks were zero and here i am telling this cool story.

Sorry to hear it happened to you aswell mate, yeah it is fairly frustrating was planning to play for a decent more amount of hours, but that has changed my mind, so stars lose out on some rake from me, and i no doubt wont be the only person with this approach i assume

This weeks Sunday Million looks as though it's got about 1000 more entrants than last weeks, is this because of the spin n go's? If so hope they keep them & maybe add spin n go sats to other online MTTs'
