Im glad u r failing, its saving my arse big time, i think i went 4times in the first week, not been since.
First week lost 4lbs, since then I've put on 2lbs so i've lost 2lbs in a month lol.
I pretty much gave all out and ate loadsa custard creams yday.
I'll get my weight down eventually but not in a month.
