Na I would think it would be more with deeper stacks and alot of other factors like recreation players being alot worse with shorter stacks then they are with deeper stacks.

For example a random nit is gonna play optimal for their skill level by only playing great hands above 13bb. While in a freezeout their always gonna need to make "light shoves" and are dead money if they dont get hands

idk man i think its pretty much fact that deeper stacks yield higher edges to better players, amirite?

In general. Its one reason saying 3 rebuys have lower variance (I can think of more against it) but most of the good players know hourly>edge and wont push those small edges and just load more tables for a better hourly
