The average viewer of this thread would be disgusted with pictures glorifying rape or some other violent act.

The analogy here was that you are getting offended to the level most of us would be offended by violent pictures. My comparison is fair and biting; it was intended to be. If you want to rebute my position show why it is reasonable to come into a thread that states "NSFW ... Any BBV post must be accompanied by a minimum of one threadsaver" and then be unhappy with the NSFW content of said thread.

This is patently false. I've not said nearly enough to give you an idea of how offended I am if at all. You assume I'm as offended with threadsavers as you guys would be with pics of violence which is a hell of a leap at the best of times.

I haven't at any point really agreed with eh's decision to air this in this particular thread. I also think it's silly to complain about it happening in just one thread given it happens all over 2+2, hence I'm not. However, putting it in the OP only means we shouldn't be surprised it happens, not that we should agree with it.
