Big thanks to poker addict on and playing now

My 9d looks strange.

Your 6 also looks slightly raised. Maybe they ever so slightly stagger alternating cards like that to make them more noticeable from each other. ?

Watch out for edge sorting.

Spoiler:
Ivey joke

How do I switch to a Play Money table?

The option, at the top right, seems to be grayed out and nothing happens when I click on it.

I am getting sick of the waiting list bug, this was brought up last week and the guy said it had been going on for years at 888. Why can this not be fixed?

The bonus will be released like all the others in 10 dollar increments. Many were under the impression it was based upon playing 50 hands but there was the requirement you need to clear it as well.

Right, next deposit bonus you will have to final table a certain tournament then play 100 cash game hands then Make a deposit. lol

I forgot to mention I played over 1500 hands of 10/20 cent up until 6pm. all day long no 25/50 or50/1.00 going except once in a while a 25/50. So I played 4-6 games of 10/20 cent. That should have cleared the Bonus. I did misplace my secret decoder ring maybe that is the problem.

I just got my reply from WSOP SUPPORT and said the same thing you did which total B.S. that is not what their promo email said. I have read it over and over. That is false/deceptive/ unprofessional/is the way to make customers run to anyone else. I spent 40yrs in business, if I ever advertised like that the state would have closed my doors. I am P&SS&D and will let everyone that I know that plays online what WSOP did. I don't know what WSOP thinks they gain by this kind of deceptive business practice but it is going to bite them in the a%%.

WSOP must think we are stupid and have short memories. Well they may be right on the first part but I promise them a customer who feels he has been lied to has a very long memory and is the worst type of advertisement you can get. Word of mouth Is the best/worst type of adv. you can get. And I am fuming.

Ultimates was you just play the raked hands and get the bonus.

No kidding. When I first saw this, I just shook my head in disgust. Not because of the difficulty to clear the bonus in comparison to UP, but because of the shadiness of making it appear that it would be relatively easy like it was with UP.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck. At some point, when you treat customers like they're idiots it deserves to bite you in the a**.

Lester, you are absolutely correct SHADY is the right word. If they want this type of reputation I will be glad to help them out and spread the word. Dishonesty is the cause of many business failures. Stupidity is another, and they are doing both by not making this right with their customers.

Why should a customer have to worry about the fine print unless they are trying to trick you or hide something? That is the type of stuff some shady lawyer would do. I guess WSOP is a buyer beware company.
09-28-2013 , 09:55 PM
Yeah, I got tricked into depositing another $200. Oh well.

this. The bonuses are incredibly hard to earn, but what's more- this all looks real shady, trying to trick us into a bonus. Good thing I DID read the fine print.

Bottom line, The customer service on this site really sucks.

That being said, I still haven't made a 'significant' deposit and I'm not convinced I'm going to. UP still can improve their software or I can wait for the next wave of sites to come onboard. I see terrible bonuses, high rake and sub par service. I'm in wait and see if it improves mode.

To WSOP Rep:

Your site was totally deceptive in your lastest scam bonus. The way it was written it was as if you play 50 raked hands and you get the bonus, not have to play off the bonus. WSOP, why was your company so deceptive on that bonus. Please note that the reputation you create will be your own.

The players of WSOP do not appreciate being deceived. I really believe you owe each player their bonus in cash if they played the 50 raked hands. Man up.

Please respond, WSOP rep. Thank you.

If the promo was advertised honestly, it would have said:

Play 50 (contributed)raked pots to earn the right to a deposit bonus, which clears in $10 increments/100APP. All bonuses expire in 30 days.

Doesn't have the same ring as "50 for 50," I must admit.

Should also add that(as far as I know) there is no way to track how many qualifying hands that you've played. Luckily, I read the fine print and didn't bother making a deposit.

WSOP.com, customers should not have to read the t&cs to figure out the real deal.
