I still have fond memories of destroying everyone with my Land Destruction/Denial Deck. Stripmine, Abyss. Stopped playing when Ice Age came out. Ice Age was actually debuted at a tournament in Toronto that I was at. I busted early and went home directly to IRC to tell everyone they re-released Icy Manipulator as an uncommon so you better sell yours. Nobody believed me.

I never played Jyhad but I did play the Werewolf version "Rage" for awhile. Played all the TT WoD games too except for Changeling. Always played online though on a MUSH, never live. Really loved playing up Camarilla politics. But have a soft spot for the Wyrm, especially Nephandi.

WoD will always be the revised editions though. Not that new garbage they dreamed up for all the races as a blatant cash grab.

Man do I hate the stereotypical live tournament poker player. The dufus that dresses with the hat on backwards, the Full Tilt jersey, or the good looking chick who thinks she's from the Playboy mansion. Man, being new to this site I hate the self-promoting bloggers, and such who try to justify and promote their existence (who gives a f---). This is a cool community for the most part, and I love reading the hand discussions but the site could do without the gayness. Man this site is full of "sheep". As far as the Haite relief fund, just donate (or don't donate, like myself) but don't tell people, do charity tournaments, etc. Play f------- poker! Only the sheep care about watching gay YouTube videos of how some dufas multi-tabled and one a million dollars this year. If you think that inept Poker Player Alliance is 100% legit, you are kidding yourself.

MTG is how I got into poker. All of my friends and I played and it was a great game but then we realized MTG isn't where the money is at. This new (to us) game called TEXAS HOLD'EM was far more profitable and beatable. Also, we weren't labeled as losers anymore for playing poker.

Well, when you tell a girl you play poker for a living, it's +EV to leave out the part about it being over the internet

i probably have a different sample size than others since in this country poker is viewed very differently than other places, kind of stereotypical "texas holdem im all in", but pretty much everyone whos found out i play poker has told me "thats nerdy" to my face or an awkward pause and "thats interesting"

every girl whos found out i play poker aksed me if i wear a hat and sunglasses with a funny smirk to which i can proudly proclaim "no i sit around in my pajamas all day" which funnily enough kinda half works
