This I do as well cause I figure people will do it to me when I disconnect so it evens out. In some of these cases you would have bet/raised as a bluff anyways so it would be unfair for his disconnect to force you to check where you think you had a profitable bluff.

But most importantly, you were already playing a legit hand. You didn't try to generate the situation in any way. And in some cases you actually have the nuts and the disconnect is helping your opponent and hurting you.

What Stickman does is actively trying to create a very abusive situation that's completely unilateral. He's basically stealing your money.

i have these. when i first got them, i thought they were the coolest things ever. i think i posted about in the lc thread too... anyway, they are great in a pinch, and if i were a hard core cigarette smoker wanting to quit id for sure use them. i prefer the menthol (even tho i hate realy menthols)... but i got kind of tired of them and dont use em much anymore

Yeah, have no desire to get into that argument either, so I'll just say I think that analogy is invalid. And also that my argument could be extended to connection issues (have a backup!), but that's hairier, and when people disconnect against me I wait forever and will generally just check it down if I am friendly with the villain, so whatever.

I mean, it's just that he gets SO MUCH **** for doing things that I see some other people do, and those people never get any ****. And yeah, I know those people don't do ALL of the things st1ck does, but still. This is an individual game, and as far as I know he's not outwardly cheating or breaking the sites' ToS or anything.

Why can't he just sit at less tables by himself waiting for action? Why would he sit at more than one table waiting for action anyway? Because he's trying to sit at enough tables to get a good chance of catching a random fish, right? Of course if you sit at too many tables, to exploit the random fish, you open yourself up for exploitation by regulars.
