To show solidarity I will address your question with my current view.

1) is closest.

Unless it's extremely ugly, people deemed to make an unacceptable post denying the holocaust should receive an explanation as to the problem plus moderation of the post if necessary, that can escalate to a full ban if they can't or wont comply with the rules.

As for banning people who accuse others of being a holocaust denier, I'm assuming you mean when that person is a holocaust denier in which case they should never be banned. Where wookie fits in its harder to say but it's clearly not a banning offense.

Yeah, nobody needs to be banned for mistakenly labeling someone HD, racist, etc. People should just stop doing it for lols every time someone wants to talk about anything involving those subjects, or worse as a cheap out when they can't "win" the argument.
