Even though you've undone some of your excessive moderation -- commuting DiB's sentence and reducing spank's ban to a (presumed) exile -- you continue to withhold admissions of misconduct. Instead, you repeatedly opt to blame the victims of your abuse:

Your hostile moderation certainly isn't helping this place. In fact, you are rubbing off on Elliot; and not in a positive, sexually gratifying way, either!

2. Why have you consistently avoided clarification of the rules in the past?

3. Other than creating a "safe space" for your sycophants, why do you selectively enforce those aforementioned rules? (Alternatively, should I expect to see DiB or LetsGambool banned for a week the next time they tell me to "Pay 'dem' taxes!"?)

Trying to explain things to you seems like a fruitless exercise until you become sufficiently capable of understanding that "no minstrel talk" is a subset of "no racism".

It's possible that you get off on feeling mistreated and you are trying to get kerowo to act in a way that facilitates your masturbatory online habits with your provocative behavior.

One point of contention is about what constitutes "minstrel." kerowo is incapable of impartially making such distinctions because he allows his emotions to influence his moderating.

What rule did spank violate? It wasn't spam, or SenorKeed would have at least garnered a warning when he facetiously and purposefully committed the same infraction hours later in this very thread.

DudeImBetter was remorselessly banned simply for irritating kerowo. (Despite kerowo generally encouraging trollery himself!)

Have the rules essentially been boiled down to, "Don't piss off the moderators"? If so, mandatory sycophancy is right around the corner!

I haven't ever needed to ask myself "Is this minstrel speak or not?", and I've spent a fair amount of time of posting on here.

The only reason you want to know is so that you can purposefully go right up to the line but not over it. But you're not 8. So grow the **** up. And if you can't grow up and want to act like a little kid and see just how racist you can get - you'll probably get banned. Because mods aren't obligated to treat you like they would a kid.

Up until one, petty, spiteful moderator started banning me, citing "minstrel" as an excuse, neither did I.

My only expectation of moderators is that they treat everyone equally. Apparently, that's too much to ask in UnChained.

The rules are pretty clear and when you take something too far I'll let you know so you can change your posting.

You should learn to read better. People only think you're racist because you used minstrel language to insult people. There were complaints and you've been asked to stop using it. It also doesn't help that you are in favor of repealing the civil rights amendment, that's totally not racist.

Perhaps you should avoid nuanced subjects that perpetually confound you, kerowo.
