First, the fool has stipulated that he'll only agree on win/lose mandate, not a win/lose/no-action mandate. Which, as I've speculated, is his only option if he wants to have a chance to win. However, I can't see any reason jalfrezi would agree to this condition.

To give further unrequested advice to jalfrezi, if he agreed to this arbitration, I recommend that the arbitrator(s) be closely mandated, and not be give instructions like "just read the thread and say who wins". Instead I'd recommend two particular questions be arbitrated: (1) Does the misspelling count? If 'yes' jalfrezi wins. If 'no', the second question is (2) In 5ive's post, is the qualification 'basically', in context, equivalent to a qualification of 'literally'. If 'yes' the fool wins, if 'no' jalfrezi wins.

As to the 'basically' question. I'll submit that, in this context, it means "not literally". First, we can ask the peep who wrote the quote in question what they actually intended. Second, consider these random made-up quotes:

The Pacific Surfliner is basically a commuter train.

A game 163 in MLB is basically a post-season game.

A tied baseball game in the 9th is basically in extra innings.

Iraq Kurdistan is basically autonomous.

In all the above quotes, the term "basically" is shorthand for "effectively equivalent, but not technically or officially". As in: A game 163 is effectively equivalent to, but not technically or officially, a post-reason game (these games are in fact official regular season games). As in: The Odi Award winning fool, wil318466, is effectively equivalent to, but not technically or officially, a propogandist(sp).
