I'm trying to install windows on my Mac so I can play jackpots. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Where the money will go if nobody hit 1 million? They just make things worst.

I'm not sure why a network with the kind of traffic that WPN has is running these millionaire jackpots. Three buyin levels when they wouldn't add games such as a $5 level many people asked for which would be profitable for them because the $2 beginner will take a while to move up to $10 if they are using bankroll management?

The network might think this brings in more rec money and it will to some point but is it enough to offset the eventual lottery winner when they immediately go to that cashier pulling most of it out?

If you have several people winning something like 25k they are more likely to keep some on the network playing a bit higher becoming bigger raking players at least for the moment if I had to guess.

The payout structures are as bad as this idea but nobody should be that surprised.

These million jackpots will definitely kill a lot of "fun player" traffic in the standard games.

nearly everybody is someone's "fun player"

^^^ - I didn't read the terms but probably smart on their part to have this in there but can't someone get more then $125k off a month right now through bitcoin?

If so then putting a limit on a withdrawal / amount added to cashier because someone wins big through a jackpot versus other games isn't fair even if those who get lucky probably won't complain about this.

Good to hear.

What's with the buyin amounts being variations of "69" anyways? Hmmmmmm? Maybe my mind is in the gutter

Warning: Just had a bad software glitch happen to me while playing jackpots. I was shoving preflop with a low pocket pair. I pressed max amount and then pressed raise and my hand was suddenly folded. I thought I could have made a mistake but then it happened to me again in a similar situation. Also, in a third situation, I tried shoving on the river with my straight and my hand was simply checked.

I learned my lesson the third time and I think not hitting the max raise button can avoid this problem but it is still a big issue.

This happened to me in a 4x $25 when I was HU. I could only call or bet non all in amounts postflop. Support then assured me it was likely my computer and they weren't experiencing any issues ...

Jackpot pokers are a joke. The new software is a complete failure.

PM'ed. and I'd like to mostly settle this privately without airing my dirty laundry if possible, but the glitch where you get an error message, lose your jackpot buyin(s) and are never regged is absurd, unacceptable and outright theft. I feel scammed and like I'm getting the run around from support.

I'm really hoping I can quote this later and say, "Got my Jackpot refunds, guys." It's getting harder and harder to defend WPN and feel safe playing here. Please do what you can to make this right.

I am in the same boat and I just lost a 69.00 buyin again tonight. Now jackpots tab is not even loading for me. Contacted support again for this cause I have not gotten my money back from this issue last week and was told it was escalated last week and I would get an email no email. Support claims email was sent but not in spam or any of my normal folders. Get the it takes time sometimes speech from support. Not getting a warm fuzzy about this. I waited almost a month for my rakeback and now I have to wait to get funds back into my account for games that did not run.

Then to top it off jackpot tab is not even loading for me anymore. Reinstalled software about 4 times tonight.

jackpots are definitely down.. no use in reinstalling the software multiple times lol... Does ACR have the worst customer support or what? Every time I do the live chat I have the most helpless conversation with these guys who are trying to help 5 people at once. Phone line is a little better.

Bad News: Jackpots not working for me right now.

Good News: Money from attempted buyins not being jacked.

I haven't lost a single buyin or had a single glitch since the new format came out.

Neither have I. They definitely haven't cost me ~$700 (~80% of which I did get back though) and 6-8 hours chatting with various support members and outlets.

Sarcasm is fun!
