This has also happened to me 2 weeks ago and contacted them 2 times. Was told it was escalated. Then happened to me last week for just one buy in contacted them again. They said the issue was still being escalated. Then it happened again this week for 1 buy in. Have not contacted them again yet. Don't have the time to sit in chat until I get satisfaction yet. So I have also contacted them 4 times and no status update from the escalation yet. Guess the up side is not happening as often as it did 2 weeks ago.
