Anyone else just get disconnected? Can't log back in
12-27-2014 , 12:41 AM
Yes, im in the middle of restarting the client now
12-27-2014 , 12:52 AM
Just got kicked again after connecting and playing a few pots... won a big one at least. Looks like I'm calling it a night.

edit: Reconnected... okay maybe I'll give it one more chance tonight

I just d/c for a few seconds, so all tables freeze. Each table has to be closed, and re-opened through sitting down from the lobby to start dealing in hands again. Unfortunately, theres usually a tournament or two that the lobby won't load for; so its basically like you bust from these MTTs with no way to get back into them. Am I missing some secret way to re-enter these sitting out busts?

forcing the client closed (it doesn't let you close it if your sitting at tables) has lead to me being totally stranded from all tables, sitting out on my entire session, for quite a long period of time. I don't think thats a good solution unless its a single table your o n.

Try hitting leave table(s)
Then close client
Auto login seems to take longer
The cookie is hella annoying
Then go to gameinfo and manually go to each event
Or for to running events make sure filters are set to show
As sometimes game info my tourns doesn't work as well
If time bank still ticks down imo seems to be client on their end issue

Get used to it prepare almost daily to deal with this
The reps almost will always first say it's your cpu sometimes it is but mostly it is not

Soon wpn police will be here to discount all I just typed
12-27-2014 , 11:59 PM
Oh wait till you see 20 hands fly by while you frantically hit deal me in and it just won't

If you have outdated IE windows will pop up make sure you close them there may be three as if you don't it will not let you do anything else till you close them... Minimize both client windows and close them

Take a deep breathe and lol at what USA online poker has become
Come to forum and spew tilt out of system

Rinse repeat

my biggest issue seems to be not being able to open up the lobbies to re-activate my sitin, pretty ridiculous issue for a site to have. Once, I lost ~30 minutes of deep runs in some pretty high BI tournaments coming back shortstacked because I tried to crash the software, to bring up one tournament that wouldnt let me open the lobby. That was totally fun.

I have experienced that problem with being unable to open game lobbies also.

So I leave the lobbies open for the games I am in.

There are two? three? things called the "lobby". I'm talking about the one where it shows the prizes, the names of the registered participants, etc.

Sometimes when everything freezes, closing the table and clicking "Take My Seat" from the game's lobby gets me back in right away. Sometimes.

Not so useful if you are mega multi-tabling tournaments, but useful if you are only on a few tables.

This is why they need a sit in all tables option built in the software not just for fails on their own end but for the players end too.

There's no reason in hell that the best suggestion in this thread should be to manually find each lobby and manually open each table. That just doesn't work for some of us who have 20+ tables open and 5 of them are on the bubble. This isn't a new problem by any means so just get use to it for the time being (or leave since it makes the site almost completely unplayable).

im sure having 3 lobbies to have to deal with (which is a huge PITA) causes some of the lag/freeze issues.

absolutely; its not a solution its a workaround to a bad piece of software. It should be addressed. When I try to talk to support about this, they tell me its my fault, however.

LAG Issues seem to have been resolved. Have played 3-4 sessions since without any problems what so ever (8-12 tabling mostly)
12-31-2014 , 09:32 PM
lagged 20 minutes ago or so and now it beeps every 15 seconds for no reason.
12-31-2014 , 09:36 PM
NUmbers down a lot in tourneys. Im not lagging tho
12-31-2014 , 10:12 PM
Ok now I'm lagging
12-31-2014 , 10:25 PM
Also getting lag in MTTs
12-31-2014 , 10:31 PM
confirmed lagging in multiple mtts, also was lagging in some cash games earlier on in the day
12-31-2014 , 10:47 PM
It might have just been a coincidence but when I turned off the spin and go option in settings my lag seemed to go away.

yea I've gotten that beep before. have to restart client. super annoying if you have a lot of tables and that is just beeping non stop

I had serious connection issues/lag. does this happen to anyone else...you are playing and certain tables stop working/lose connection? others continue to work for a bit. now the thing is my internet is perfectly fine. I was actually have a convo with the support chat as it was happening and he was spewing some line of shiit about how it is NYE and servers are busy all over the world. I mean this happens all the time to me.

also, just want to make you guys aware of a recurring issue I am having with non-refunded tournaments that are cancelled due to lack of players. keep an eye out. I have had 20 instances where the start time comes and goes without receiving that grey box message about tourney cancelled players refunded or whatever. then I check balance and my funds are not returned. but, if I look in the MY TOURNAMENTS tab under game info I see all of the tournaments that this glitch affects still sitting in there. after a bunch of back and forth with support they tell me only 5x this happened despite me having screen shots of all the tournaments it happened to. I am still working on getting refunds but right now they are saying everything is settled. I had like 330 worth of money due back to me and they gave me about 50 worth back.

i'll keep you guys updated but just be careful if you are pre-registering for satellites or tourneys that don't normally get a lot of players and have chance to be cancelled.

Also, can more of you guys pre-register early for shiit????? jesus, so many times 10 seat gtd sats wont run bc there are only 4 ppl entered. yet when the minimum is reached it gets over 50 ppl. super annoying lol.

No, we can't. You just demonstrated this network's incompetence in your previous paragraph. Why would anyone preregister for shiit under those circumstances.

Good Game internet poker. You were like a lover I took for granted when you were around... failed to dedicate enough time and attention to, and sorely missed when you were gone. R.I.P.

lulz, dsl, internet poker is dead , not really though

But ya, WPN is still dropping the ball as a whole. rubbers, i know exactly what u r talking about. One table will lag, it ****s up everything! i stack my tables, so one will lag, which means it continuously takes focus. none of my other tables pop to front as the lag table lags. so i have to manually find another table that needs action, make my action and then bam, back to the lag table. find another table that needs action, complete the action, bam; back to the lag table. rinse and repeat, its the worst, always ends up in me using up mad time banks on tables where i am supposed to be completing an action or timing out completely on some of those tables. And ya, fair gaming is their #1 priority yet I was not refunded once for those terrible disconnections a few weeks ago, i sent in three emails on three different occasions explaining exactly what i experienced, tournament ID's and everything, they replied and said I was connected properly in each instance, right!

Fix this ASAP wpn!
