Have played here for months, something is causing this, actually I think someone or a group of people are causing this intentionally. WPN is taking a hit like we are, I'm going to grind it out with them for now and see where it goes.

as long as refunds are given/compensation of some sort given i will absolutely give wpn another chance to keep my business. i hadn't played on WPN in a long time before this series. they bit off a lot with these guarantees and sure, they should've been better prepared, but i am very happy to be in tourneys this size post black Friday. i think it's bringing a lot of new people to the site and in a perfect world everything would've run smoothly but i think we need to commend wpn for at least having the stones to put something like this on. i think if they reach out to players via email, apologize/compensate in some way this event is still a net positive. let's just hope they don't try to cut corners and upset people more than they already are.

My biggest issue is I there is no real way to find out if you were refunded. It does not show up anywhere in the transactions that I can see. I have played several sitngos that were canceled with the message popping out they were canceled others on previous days that just were unplayable and I can not figure out if I have been refunded.
TD winning told me one I had a question on was but it is insane to think we can not see for ourselves.

When things go wrong I note my balance asap so I can see the diff
