Was 4th place with 10 from ITM and basically got my buy in back.

Idk, can't even log in now. I was told that equity chops would be done for anyone in the money though.

Was 13th of 33 in OSS #31 ($1.2k) and 18th of 118 in OSS #32 ($3k). I think the way I calculated it, I'm basically whole according to their T&C's. I don't think I got my two re-entries for the $3k refunded, though. (EDIT: nevermind - REMAINING POOL, not total pool. I'm whole.).

i got back 350 for event 30 was 2nd last in chips so not bad but obv wud prefer to try build stack back up and play for original prizes

It's not showing in my ledger how much they gave me, but I got about $2500 between the 2 tournaments, not sure how much from each.

Would have rather just played them out personally, but at least they took care of it.

I feel you guys pain that grind sngs. I mass table sngs. Between yesterday and today I have had tables lag and sometimes freeze or disconnects me from the client all together. As a result of this, I have
- Not been able to unregister from sngs that I was already in pre disconnect, and by the time I was able to log back in to client the games had already been played (where I was inactive the entire game)

-Had many disconnects or frozen client in the middle of sngs, which caused me to blind out and lose the games

I'm sure that every mass table sit&crush player has suffered quite a big hit the past few days, and I'm sure we would all like to know what kind of compensation/refunds we can expect for this stress and heartache!

I PMed the WPN Rep here. He/she said that SNG refunds for the 7th and 8th (those were the ones I asked about) should be processed sometime thursday (they hadn't gotten to them yet with the other issues). I don't have any reason to believe this won't be the case as they have done a decent job here so far (and I am sure they are getting crushed with complaints like ours).

Fortunately, I haven't been affected that much (maybe $100 or so) by the DCs and have been able to unreg for the most part, but I have also kept track of all that I have lost. I am not sure if you have been able to do the same but if you have a decent idea I would wait and see what sort of refund you get and then talk to the Rep here if it doesn't seem sufficient.

This has obv been a real pain in the ass for us all but they seem to trying to take care of the players as best they can so far. Hopefully they get this all figured out soon.

Support told me to email them tournament ID#s where I ran into disconnect issues which is very hard to do if you are mass tabling sngs to find these numbers and looking up HH#'s on this network isn't the easiest thing in the world to do either.

Yep, I am out of 1k cause of it.

I have already emailed them with the tourney IDs from the SNGs totaling over 1k from the lag and disconnects, I received a generic email back saying they are working on refunds but haven't received anything yet after I emailed them back a couple times.

Oh man, what a royal pain! That would take a lot of hours to get together!

The problem I have is some games come back and they are fine then even when some come back I have others I am still in where I can't do anything,etc...

Also at times when I have a bunch of tables going and it only lags for about a minute like 3 or 4 of my games go inactive where it gets difficult to sit back in all of them and I might miss out on one or two that I wouldn't have timed out on if the site didn't disconnect me for that minute.

So this has cost me money and definitely ruined me from timing out in games costing me chips in crucial moments but also to be fair it has helped me in a few games but not nearly as many as it has hurt.

I'm not the kind of guy that wants to steal from an entire table of inactives but the fact is you never know when people are coming back and they will certainly do it to you if the role is reversed so it just sucks to be put in a spot like that.
