Are we still having lag issues? I guess this is why there are no On Demand Sitngos anymore? I remember it being terrible 1-2 weeks ago but it seemed fine this week. Only problem...its rare to see one start up.

I was caught up in this as well. It sucks but I get these issues will happen. My big complaint is I was registered for 20+ sng's at the time and I wasn't able to unregister. I even called support...Because of this, when the site came back up in the middle of night (I was asleep), those tournaments filled and started.

It should be standard procedure that when the site crashes, ACR should remove all registrations and start fresh.

Yup every time they run the Freebuy the system can't handle it. This is just the 500.00 one wait for the bigger ones.

I should move to Canada. Instead of a free buy series to attract more people, they should just make it more attractive to play on their site or have a better sign up promo.

Exactly. It's cool that they do this series......but they need to upgrade the servers to handle the traffic or it'll be like this every time.

I just tried to register for a SNG. I tried through the tournament lobby and the main lobby and couldn't get in. It's stuck at 7 out of 9 players.

Edit: I just checked a SNG that is listed as running and watched the table. The SNG seems to be running normally with no lag. I still can't get in the one that is stuck at 7 players. I've played on here every day for the last two weeks with no problems. I knew it couldn't last much longer.

Main reason I came over from Merge was them taking hand histories away. I believe they just returned hand histories a day ago. So good timing WPN I'll make my way back over to Merge to deposit now.

Say something to people at the tables, explain them what's happening, expected time to have tourneys running again, etc...not a single pop up message at the tables. What a misery...

IIRC the rule is that the tournament is canceled after being frozen for half an hour. I don't know whether lag is included, but it should be.

The reason is that there always seem to be some tables in a tournament lagging or stopped while others are not. That's clearly not a level playing field and the tournament should be canceled at that point.
