Really?

Why would I be rude to people I want to help me? Makes opposite sense.

You don't think being able to comprehend English should be a job requirement for answering the questions of people speaking to you in English?

About a month ago my rakeback was messed up. I email them explaining this and after 5 emails of "you can check your rb in the client, it's released daily" I finally got to someone who could read and it was immediately fixed.

We need a WPN support lolz thread to post the interactions, imo.

Like I said earlier, once you get past the tier 1 droolers their support is very good.

IDK I don't do the hiring so I couldn't tell you what the requirements are. It would be nice if they understood English but look at the site we are playing on.....do you really think they care about anything other than fattening their pockets? We request things all the time and the only changes I've seen happen are things that increase their profits. We are ****ed as US players and they know we don't have many options so they can do what they want.

A great example is this thread.....we keep on getting disconnected, having tournaments cancel, etc but yet we keep on coming back for more!!!! Why should they fix anything when we keep playing?

Your very far from the truth in the sense that we dont care.

I guess you could say yes, we want to be as big as possible which would mean making more money but the main goal is to be as big as we can.

I can assure you that it hurts us when disconnections happen. We dont ask for it.

They confirmed care.

Well, one could argue that English is not necessarily the first language for teh Murricans either.

I guess you didn't understand what I was trying to say. The part I quoted ITT was rude and pointless.

I have suggested this several times, starting about five years ago.

The customer service is beyond horrible. I spoke to a support guy tonight about getting a refund and he said the disconnection last night was on my end. I told him, uh no, I have proof that the whole site was down, and he said, oh well it was an announced maintenance break, so it's still your fault.

I'm not playing on a site where the lowest level people are lying sacks of ****... god knows what that says about the ownership.

Low level support literally just makes up random **** lol. Kind of crazy and kind of funny.

it's really bizarre after all the known issues with their connection that they would try to pin it on me... even when their freaking twitter account said "our ISP is having some issues."

since two different support people flat out lied to me, it seems like it's a higher level decision to blame the connection issues on users whenever possible.

with the imminent return of pokerstars to the U.S., seems like they should be doing everything possible to retain players, not drive them away.

Well it's funny how many issues you guys don't respond to but the minute someone says you guys don't care you are quick to come in and drop a line. I think you care about the business but don't really care about the customers or at least the regs.

I understand that you guys are in business and the main goal of a company is to make money. That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that over a year ago someone created a thread asking for hole cards to be shown at showdown and we still don't have cards at showdown. What we do have though are jackpot SNG's and spin to enter which, IMO, are both gimmicks to fatten your pockets. Again I have no problem with you guys making money but it would be nice if you listened to what the customers want instead of giving us more BS like jackpot SNG's and spin to enter.

Not to mention all the other problems that you guys have...tournament lobbies, the software, ****ty MTT schedule, the beast, etc.

Oh and stop blaming your ISP...if they keep going down it's time to get a new one.

withdrew all my money. they wouldn't even offer me the rake back on a hand I was in when their ISP went down (which would have been like 11 cents). If they're willing to lie to me to save 11 cents...

my guess is they won't fix anything b/c they are trying to make as much money as possible before pokerstars returns to the U.S. Because you know it's going to be a really hard decision for people (play on a site with ****ty software/connection that lies to people, or play on a reputable site that's regulated...)
