Hey I was playing on ACR under screen name potpotpile and had about 600 dollars in buyins running and the site crashed on me and gave an error code. Ended up sitting out forever while I rebooted my laptop 2 times to get it to stop giving error codes. These were on the 17th-19th and havE a screen shot of all of the tourney id's that I was playing. Can you respond to me ASAP and help me get my refund. I have been waiting on online support for 2 weeks.

did it say "client performed illegal operation" before the crash for you guys? i was able to get back on and keep playing. but my tracker wasnt working, so i got off.

Lost 3 flips for a total of $600 and change. Then the good ole "illegal operation" error hit me. Fun times... Fk this network... I mean that in the nicest possible way...

This has recently been my primary site. I haven't played on here for about a month. Where I've been playing lately doesn't have enough traffic to keep SNGs running and the most players I've seen in a tournament is 90. On the other hand, it sure is nice to play about 50 tournaments without ever experiencing lagging, freezing or crashing.

So, do I go with the site with much better tournament choices and good traffic, which can go down at any time, or do I go with the site that always works---if I can find anything worth playing?

What a wonderful choice.

So after several years without improvements, they eventually carved in some time ago and upgraded their servers, yet it still doesn't solve the dilemma at all? Some things never change I guess ...

Same issue here. Was playing jackpots and crashed figured was the normal crash so I closed it out and tried to log back in and get configuring and or configuring verifying protocol.

This site is CRAP! Cant get into my tourney even though new people are registering and levels are increasing. Absolute trash with ABSURDLY LONG tourney structure and crap payouts.. Amazing this site still operates.

Can't get MTT lobbies to even load. Realized after like 5 mins the tournament was frozen and couldn't reload, tried to load lobby and nothing is happening. Reset the client multiple times and even my own machine.

The number of registered players seems to be going up, so that seems bad.
