When the tournaments started again at 7. I was lagging big time, and timing out of hands. In multiple tournaments I had like 75% of stack in pot and then timed out to raises. Had to start allin/folding everything. I really hope they make this right, but I know from past experience they probably won't.

man was about to 4x shove the river with 7 high, because i thought my opponenets range was capped pre and that there was 0 chance he had the nuts on the river

Probably would save the company money to invest in their product.

Disconnections lose immediate business and cause people to not play on the site long term.

just cancel everything tonight and refund players

come back online when you have a decent product, even if that may take weeks or months it'll still be better in the long run

If you go away, then come back to this thread (or any other bout WPN lag etc) in 6 months, then another 6 months, then another, for several years, you will find exact same thing. They didn't fix problems from the first time new owners bought product oh so long ago (and the simplest things took years).

Every time i play at ACR im terrified because that **** can just freeze or whatever at any point. How sick is this? And the assistence is just sick bad, they virtually dont do **** and don't give a **** about players.

What exactly do you expect from a base level customer support employee? To magically fix technical network problems or copy paste standard replies and forward that there is an Apollo 13?

The base level support is beyond bad, they may actually be mentally handicapped.

It blows my mind their inability to read and comprehend basic questions.

With that said, once you get to an employee that actually has the sligtest clue what is going on their support is rather good.

Suggestion, quit outsourcing your base level support to people that aren't able to answer basic questions. They are also very rude.
