This is Wally's last post on 2p2. It was over six months ago.

say, when did you get demodded?

Saying that I got demodded makes it sound like I got booted. I asked for them to please, please let me out.

I dunno, it was like 4-6 weeks ago maybe?

Dude probably got sick and refused to take any medication.

Seriously though I hope he's ok.

Haha it was the worst thing ever. Close contest between doing that and just slamming the car door on my junk every morning for six months.

I would have thought that modding POG would have involved actually having to drive around town with your junk caught in the car door.

Wally is fine. He even got drunk last Saturday and drunk posted at the hockey forum we're both apart of. I can try to get him to come back here and make a post if you guys would like.

Please do that, but I'm going to throat-punch him for drunk posting elsewhere and leaving us all alone.

I told him to go drunk post over here, but I think he passed out before reading it. lol

Well guys, I tried. I sent him the PM and then I came back on here and noticed that the light under his name was lit up. It is no longer lit up, and he didn't post.

It appears our friend Wally has left us forever.

I ain't dead yet, bitches. Just been busy, and I haven't been watching wrasslin' except for what Big Wally has been telling me to watch. Word on the street is that ma boi Goldust is tearing it up again.

But aside from that, I'm Gen Contracting and making some sick coin with a buddy (but its eating up a ton of time) and when I'm not doing that I'm doing work with my Reserve unit in the Army. With Remembrance day coming up it's been ridiculous busy. I have only been drunk like twice in two months, but next time I am I will be sure to post more pearls of wisdom on here for you guys.

LKJ: CMA's went pretty much as expected. Also, listen to the band The Sadies is you want some really good throwback country music. Been in to them, Tracy Byrd, the Carter Family, and Clint Black a lot recently.

I honestly can't think of a Clint Black song that I like. Good to see you again though, no more six-month vacations please and thank you.

I dig country from the era that Clint Black peaked in and I just never took to any of his stuff. I dunno.

The Sadies. Seriously. Youtube some of their stuff. I actually saw them live about a week ago. Very, very solid.

I'll look them up.

I was pretty surprised to see George Strait pull down another Entertainer of the Year award, but you'll never find me complaining about them throwing trophies his way.

Music is very subjective, and tough to argue about. Basically, nobody wins.

Nearly everybody I talk to loves Led Zeppelin, I think they suck ****.

I think at this point it's just a respect thing. I mean, looking at what he did this year nothing really stands out. Great thing about him is that he's evolved his sound over the years to stay modern, and that's why he's still so damn successful. He's probably one of the best of all time in any genre to do that.

I'll never understand the big deal with the Beatles. Not saying I don't like them because there are a number of their songs that I do really enjoy, but if you just gave me a music chronology I really don't think I'd ever pick them out as particularly deserving of the legendary status they have.

Elvis Presley makes much more sense to me as a music legend than the Beatles.

There's really no question that it's just a long-term respect thing. I could easily see them doing that if he hadn't won that award before, but he has, so I assumed he wouldn't win one again unless he broke out with another big monster year again (not sure he has any more of those in him).

I can see them defaulting to him in a weak year but I really assumed it would be Taylor Swift or Blake Shelton this time around. And I don't understand Carrie Underwood not even being nominated but that generic hack Jason Aldean being in the category.

Dylan's Led Zeppelin (who are awesome, by the way) and LKJ's Beatles are essentially how I feel about Pink Floyd. I dunno, maybe because I'm not a drug user, but damn is their music bland

Robert Plant has an amazing CD out with Allison Krause and also has made a pretty solid country album as well.
