A world title match for a vacant title and the money in the bank on one ppv would be odd and they were genuinely hoping Bryan would be healthy. They basically ran out of time so had to do the next best thing. It's nitty to hate on that booking imo.

it's not nitty at all imo

the briefcase is basically a world title without the title and a great way to push a guy without investing the screen time/spaces on card/risk that you would the guy holding the belt

eliminating that eliminates:
1. the entertaining will he or won't he aspect of cashins
2. the likelihood of the winner of that card being a mid-carder on the cusp. they're not going to strap cesaro. they would have had no problem giving him the briefcase and seeing if he could run with it before strapping him though

agree with SRM.

MITB is probably the reason why i'm watching wrestling again. stopped watching in like 1998 until 2011 or whenever ADR cashed in on Punk. was over a friend's place and he was watching whatever PPV it was and i thought it was the greatest idea ever.
