Arrived at Borgata yesterday and realized I forgot my players card. Went to the desk and saw a brochure regarding borgata and Wynn. Apparently if you have $50 or more in comps you can print out a certificate and use the comp dollars at the Wynn in Vegas. I believe you have to be actually stayin at the Wynn to use the comps though.

Are you able to check comp dollars online or only at the designated booths at Wynn?

If you want to check the comp dollars available on your red players card, you need to go to a red card booth located in the hotel. If you would like to check your comps available through the poker room, you need to do that in the poker room.

The Wynn has announced the dates for the upcoming Wynn Classic 2012. It will begin February 22- March 15. We will post the event schedule very shortly. So mark your calendars, it's coming up soon.

Would I be correct in assuming that the red-card booth can only check point balances (i.e. slot points)? And that non-poker table-game comps use a different method?

At the red card desks, located throughout The Wynn and Encore Casino, they can check your comps available from slots and table games. In order to check your comps from poker, it has to be done in the poker room.

We would just like to announce during the Wynn Classic 2012, we will be having a 7 pm second chance tournament everyday. This year, it will be a true second chance tournament. It will be the same tournament it was earlier that day. The buy in is $180/20. Start with 10,000 chips with 30 min levels.
Classic schedule: http://wynnpoker.com/wynn_classic.cfm

We will still be holding our daily noon tournament during the Classic. It is a $125 buy in with one optional "no juice" re-entry.

Hi - when do you expect the structures to be ready? I called the room and was told the $2k event had 30 minute blinds which I found hard to believe. Can you elaborate?

Red card booth says they don't give out table game comp balances. (This is true of nearly all casinos. Table game players must ask a pit supervisor or host for the desired comp and they will give you a yea or nay.)

This isn't a gripe, just a correction of the info in your post.

I looked into this, because I would hate to give out the wrong information. So I just called the red card desk. They can check your comps available, however they can not place the comps on the card. So to check comps, go to the red card desk, to receive the comp, go to the host office. Sorry for any confusion from the last post.

Doesn't an introduction usually include a name?

This thread created by the Wynn has been closed by the 2+2's owners because the Wynn has stopped advertising with 2+2, but posters are welcome to start a new venue thread for the Wynn if they'd like.
