Totally agree, and I have been saying this. NJ will retaliate. It is only a matter of time. So, I think we'll be fine. We'll be getting a huge poker room within an hour of us, accessible by public transportation. Either way you spin in, it's a huge improvement over what we have now.

No, you're right about this. I believe it was only proposed and never made it into an actual law proposal, since the referendum failed, which is probably why you can't find much online.

Yes, there was definitely language and mechanisms within the ballot initiative to the affect of "we'll give AC x% of our revenue". Honestly, a bill will not pass without it.
Personally, I would like if they gave the existing casinos in AC first dibbs on the licenses in Northern NJ to make up for it partially, instead. Also, because I want to see a CET Property close by.
