Yeah, after I narrowly avoided the underfull cooler, I decided to end my 7-hour session on a positive note and head for the exit. I mean, really, losing to a Q8o shove and 2 set-over-sets is just disgusting.

Green hat was a tribute to the celtics in the finals.

I am curious if anyone was at my table Saturday night to witness this hand. I'll describe it in as much detail as I can remember. (I knew I should have posted it that night... I know the cards are right, bet amounts might be off)

I don't think there was a pf raise, at least 3 players saw the flop, probably more. Flop comes 253r. Player A bets out, Players B (a reg named Ed) and Player C call. Turn was a blank, I think a 9. Player A bets $25, Ed raises to $75, Player C (the biggest of the 3 stacks) almost instantly goes all in, Player A has a WTF? look and says "I call", and Ed calls. Player C says, "Don't pair the board dealer" so the dealer closes her eyes as she peels off another 3. Player A tables 22 fairly quick, Ed flashed A4 and player C tabled 64 reluctantly to show the beat. 2 flopped straights and a set which filled up on the river. That hand woke the table up pretty quickly. Player A had $268 left that the other 2 players had to pay. In my post the other day I said the pot was ~$950, but I think now it was closer to ~$850.

Anyone see that hand?

The pink chip horse game was ok not alot of action from what I saw I played the morning bounty tourney not really that great of a structure but I lasted till there was about 20 left I had like 4BB left so A7 looked huge. I got more action playing video roulette than I did at 1/2 today.

Any night crowd is good, I find.

Only time I found NO action was on St. Patrick's Day, I do not think a pot got any bigger than $50 the entire night at either of my 2 tables and I ended up leaving after 3 hours.

Depends on whether or not you wanna see the game. If not, it could be good for you if half the table is distracted

If your going to play 1/5 stud your better off playing .04/.08 online you'll learn alot more about how to play the game than you could from MS 1-5 stud players, If your under the age of 65 and you can read the other cards the players have on their boards your already better than 70% of the players ohh, and if you remember the dead cards that were folded you have like a 2% chance of not being a winner. I would do just about anything to get a 10/20 or 20/40 stud game at MS and I have tried everything except wheeling the players in there seats over from the woods directly to a MS table.

Tough news about losing a fellow Mohegan grinder. Does anyone have the obituary link? I played many times with this man? Usually quick action at the get-go.

Played the 7.50 - 15 HORSE game, 7 player must move table for 15 minutes 2 games made $150.00 and left, HAHA. Why give it back? Yes it's played with the 2.50 pink blackjack chips which I can't really get into. All players there know how to play. First game (omaha) it was chop, chop, chop. Then next game Razz I won most hands.

Game is going on Mondays day/night. as alot of people come to casino for stud tourny.

I find it boring. Would rather play a lesser limit with new clueless players.

THANKS to member who sent me Larry's (The Reaper) obit. WOW he died last Thursday. I definatly saw him that night. I don't know about posting links here but it should be posted as it has his picture in it for those who weren't sure if they knew him.

Larry - it just hit me who he was. I've played with him many times at 1-2 and 2-4. That's too bad. I can recall one night on the stage playing 1-2, about 1am, he sits down and sees how nitty we're all playing and commences to aggro tilt the entire table - 3 and 4 betting everything. He finally got snapped off for a nice pot by a drunk donk, but he built up a nice stack over an hour just taking down PF and Flop pots over and over.

Any he also seemed shocked by some of the (poor) play at the 2-4 table.

If someone could PM me the obit that would be nice.
