They still get decent numbers for their weekend tournaments - 80 to 100 so I assume they will do ok with new upcoming series but did notice no guarantee money

They gave away over 200 last year.

Last year they had 740 entrants with 1.1 mill prize pool.

They gave away 6 seats a day for 6 weeks plus one to each tournament winner.so they gave out aroun 288 seats.

Last weekend a lot of players finished the tournament and drove to Cincinnati. There were a lot of out of towners in the room throughout the weekend. They would bust out or bag an event and then drive over to Cincinnati for the bigger games.

I assume this weekend will be similar except Hollywood will probably be running the Moneymaker 2-5 like they did last year after he busts, so there may be a few less that don't go to Cincinnati as Hollywood will actually be running a 2-5 game.

That's going to be tough considering that 1-2 of the regs are in Florida for the winter. Wednesday used to be the regular day but it's shifted to Friday/Saturday. I've seen a 3/6 version going with some non-regs so if you set your sights a little lower on those off days you might be able to get some more names on the list. I think non-regs are intimidated by the 6/12 (with half kill) blind structure.

There were two 6-12 O8 games going as of late afternoon today. Good action on the main from first hand observation and on the second according to someone who got moved to the main.

Hows cash game action during circuit events? 1/2 or 2/5NL, 10-20 Limit, 1-2-5 or 2-5-10 PLO? Always go to Tunica but wanting to go somewhere else this year and thinking of coming over there in March. Also any other info would be helpful- Rake, Hotel rates ect. Thanks.

Cash action was great during the circuit. 31 tables. Lots of 1/2, 2/5, probably 5/10 NL. Limit games above 3/6 will be tough. 1/2, 5/5, 5/10, 10/25, and even 25/50 PLO ran consistently during the circuit. Rake is 10% up to $6 with a $1 promo drop at $10. Time rake on bigger PLO games.

Many hotel options downtown and the surrounding areas with easy access to the casino.

All the tournaments are in the upstairs ballroom with large poker lounge and outdoor smoking patio.

There is a new schedule out beginning January 1st including 2 $160s with a $50 bounty. The weekend schedule is the same and I believe will run this weekend.
