It's a damn long walk from the garage to the Poker Room and at odd hours it's a bit creepy already if you don't valet park. I feel way safer at MS in the first place.

It’s Wednesday. The room hasn’t had more than 14 total games running (per Bravo) at any point since Saturday night. The players left Foxwoods a long time ago.

People are leaving for various reasons. I don't think anyone needs a petition to take their business elsewhere.

I must have missed a mid-afternoon window when it hit 20. I’m not admitting anything as my point remains that Encore will put a minor dent in Foxwoods as the large majority of the damage has already been done. I’ve been consistent with this opinion.

I don’t believe Encore will do a ton of damage like most think, but it will put a dent in Foxwoods business and more pressure. But it seems to whoever runs the room (I’m saying whoever but I actually do know who it is) never took it as any pressure when other rooms opened, upgraded or whatever.
Foxwoods really needs to pull their heads out of their own asses and realize it’s not the 90’s anymore, they’re not the only game in town and haven’t been in a while.

A large group of RI/MA regs went to Twin when they first opened including the core 5/10NL group (game runs very rarely now). Many of the Massachusetts players who utilized weeknight rooms are at Chasers. Others migrated to Mohegan and now a large group is at MGM.

Twin and MGM smashed Foxwoods the most for sure by taking a large number of their regs for proximity reasons. Encore isn't going to take many regs who are still at Foxwoods however I'd imagine you'll have more people making a once a week trip to Boston when they have a full day to put another dent in the Foxwoods traffic.

Edit: What FishFry said and what I've been saying all along. Damage has already been done.
