Yesterday I was using my rewards account online on and off all day, all of a sudden my login is no longer valid? using exact same card number/pin anyone else have this issue? Don't see anywhere on the site to change/retrieve new pin without already being logged in.

I've never heard of that happening. Unfortunately if you can't log in the only way to reset your PIN is in person at the Rewards Desk, you can't retrieve it online or even by phone.

Ya I really don't know why or what happened, I did have them change my email to a more updated one while I was on the phone with them and after that it didn't work so possibly that had something to do with it? I don't know but I guess I will just have to change it and get it sorted out when I go next time. Kind of sucks though considering I can't view any of my offers now without making a 1.5hr drive but hopefully will be going sometime soon.

I just noticed the same. But I was also told that they just switched over to a new hotel system and that might be part of the problem as well.

If we don't get free rooms, we should have at least deeply discounted rooms.

Something is definitely still wrong.

Ha. They're still working the bugs out of the new system they just switched to. I further noticed my reward points were significantly reduced so maybe its part of their "Summer of dreams"

I did just think of one online bug - if you book a comp room and then cancel it, the comp offer won't free up to allow you to reuse it. Other than that I'm not aware of any new glitches.

It's weird because I don't have ANY July room offers. I'm not sure i've ever not had at least a discount price offer before. That's what makes me think that perhaps they haven't put up all of the offers yet.

I don't know if this is old news, haven't been to FW since March, but the Bad Beat page on their website has changed. It no longer has a list of previous payouts and says this:

"The Foxwoods Hold'em Bad Beat Jackpot will award a portion of the Jackpot to the player who has a hand of Quad 8s or better and loses to a higher ranking hand. The Stud Bad Beat Jackpot will award a portion of the Jackpot to the player who has a hand of Quad 2s or better and loses to a higher ranking hand. Both Bad Beat Jackpots are fully player-funded and are progressive."

A portion?! Does anyone know what happened the last time it hit?

I think I payed at Foxwoods twice in 2016 and zero times in 2017 until last weekend. I played 20 hours last weekend and 5 hours yesterday. I opened up my rewards and offers and WOWZA! Free tickets galore! I'm a happy camper right now
