If you're bringing cash, you're going to pay vig on both ends. If your cash is in a bank account, just use an ATM and you get the most favorable interbank rate on the day you withdraw.

It's been "pretty busy", but not so busy that you would have a long wait. Come on down!

Was there really 92 tables today or was that a misclick by the bravo poker app?

It was probably real. Monday Madness and holiday vacations start this week (next week is more common for time off but some take this week too).

All 94 of them at one point in the day

All 94 tables were occupied at one point as mentioned before. Room was PACKED! They also had a small prize giveaway to a random seat every 15 mins which was pretty cool

Going to be interesting how this plays out going forward as the other casino is going to have high hands every twenty to thirty minutes every day off the week next month.

It will not affect anything.

People will go where the action is better. Your VIP card holders (at either place) won't change venues...AND if the BBJ keeps going up, there will be a lot more tables in play.

I find that hard to believe. Over half the tables on Monday were 2-4 and 1-2 how many of these people are VIP card holders? And I can say all the old men 2-4 players that moved there game to the Sun were all at foxwoods on Monday.

Probably a lot. It's pretty easy to get upgraded cards at FW. It's one thing to move venues for 1 day/month, it's another to move every day for the month.

It may not affect it more than it already has however to say nothing has changed over the past several months would be ignoring the numbers. The gap has gone from 2-2.5x tables running at Foxwoods over Mohegan Sun to now every day being less than 2x even without promos and on weekends closer to parity. Last Saturday it was 39 at FW and 33 at MS which would have been unheard of several months ago.

The combination of MS promos plus the opening of Twin River has impacted this room as the numbers indicate as well as a room full of familiar faces at Twin River.

It makes sense that TR is pulling more players from FW than MS. More people coming from or going through RI would've gone to FW over MS due to it being closer.

Foxwoods is honestly closer for many people in RI then TR is. The other day at work a co worker asked if I had played at TR yet I said no way too far. He replied that Foxwoods is closer to him in Warwick then Twin Rivers is. So I can see in a short while a few of the people playing at TR now returning to the woods.

I live in Warwick. FW is a 45 minute drive. TR is less than half that.

Your co-worker is either really dumb or blatantly lied to you.

Btw, Christmas night and FW has 26 tables, MS with 20.

Traffic wise, Coventry is probably a coin flip. From the southwestern part of Coventry, 395 to Mohegan probably beats either FW or TR.
