Does Foxwoods match tiers or have offers for premium members of other casinos. I am a CET Diamond Member and Borgata Black Card, but has not played in Foxwoods in like 5 years.
Do I have a shot at comped or discounted rooms when/if I come down for WSOP Circuit (http://www.wsop.com/tourney/tourneyd...sp?groupID=974) in August? If yea, what is my best way to get such offers?

No to all. They don't match other casino's cards/offers, and it takes at least 1-2 months before you start seeing free/discounted rooms (in fact the August room offers are already out). They do have a hotel rate for the WSOPC but you need to play it, and availability is limited so you'd want to book sooner rather than later.

Plo action was really good this weekend. Fast and furious on Saturday, went well into Sunday morning. Sunday started around 1, was going ok until about 6 then fizzled out.

The floor people seem to really be willing to give us a shot, calling the games when there are not a lot of people on the list, especially if we can scout out players that will start it short and tell the floor we have enough for it to go if they will call it for us. I know not to ask if they have long list for no limit, but have been more than fair when it's slow. Thanks for that. Also when doing fills will get us green chips instead of 1,200 or 1,800 in red which is only 4 to 6 buyins.

The week of the tournament the plo of choice was actually 2-5, which was awesome, but I wasn't bankrolled to play.

Right now at 6 am on a Tuesday only 5 tables currently running and one is plo

Funny thing on Sunday. Plo breaks around 6, I played 1-2 nlhe for about 4 hours and left around 10, so sat in for about 8 dealer downs. I was in the 5 seat facing the dealers and I would say not less than 6 made some comment when that sat down along the lines of, you know what to do with 2 cards? am I supposed to give you 4 cards?, you're at the wrong table, I had to double check the plaque to see what game this is..(which is funny since most don't seem to check it when they sit in to a plo table) etc. . A first I explained to the table I like to play plo, by the 3rd time the table was just cracking up.

I really need to get a life

Can't get the straddle to go from 4 to 5, now you want them to go from 4 cards to 5.

How many did they deal in, must be 8 max.

Was it high only or high low?

It's being played coast to coast now so I don't see why foxwoods wouldn't spread it. Just the fact that the sands has it would make me take my business there on some weekends. With competition ramping up I think foxwoods needs to consider more player requests. Also, it's SUPER fun. I usually play some PLO at the woods, and BIG O is even better. It was 8 handed, high low. Essentially, it's 1-3PLO with 5 cards.

Come on now. Of course Big O will not be spread. New games must first be ok'd by the gaming commission or the tribal council or something. That could take a while.

They don't even spread badugi/triple draw in any mix bc of gaming/tribal council iirc.

You are asking if a turbo is worth playing? The answer is always no.

Everyone who plays the $80 Turbo is obviously playing for love of the game, you guys. My R.O.I. is pretty large in that one somehow.

Players in turbos are there to have fun. Think about it. Why would an A player waste his time in a turbo? Turbos are comprised of a bunch of average players trying to kill 2-3 hours and have a few yuks. It's worth giving it a shot sometimes.
And I have absolutely no problem at all with the 15-minute levels: I get it. It moves fast. I play accordingly. I certainly don't want hour-levels.

I know people doNt like to hear bad beat stories but tonight after busting the nightly I got to the elevator at the same time bingo was letting out. Horrible elevator ride (lol at the bingo shark bragging to his wife) and it took way too long to get out of that parking garage.

For the conversation above the turbos at 8pm aren't worth it. A good player should just play cash. It's real fun to play if I'm with a buddy or two and they want to orour Im going out drinking. The 6pm is a little better but not really a good structure at all. As a successful online tourney player whose playing more live I'm realizing long term the nighties are not something you can really make sustainable long term loot from (poor structure and the high rake).

But the mega stacks and big mtts (Saturday) are ****ing amazing.

Are all the 365s at WSOP circuit freeze outs? Also, are the events that are labeled "re-entry" only allowing one entry for each "day" or can you re-enter at will like at the normal FW tournaments?

"You need to earn 10 more reward points to qualify today's visit."

What does that mean under Account/Foxwoods Rewards page?
Quote

It means you are a King card holder, so when you visit, you need to earn a minimum of 10 points for them to count toward maintaining your King card. Each card has a different daily minimum for qualifying:

Wild - 0
Crown - 0
King - 10
Ace - 25
Royal - 100

That's just for tier status. You get every point for spending regardless.

What happens if you don't get the 10 points per day? I know Royal's that take weeks off so I'm confused.
Quote

Nothing. All it means is that when you are there playing, if you don't earn 10 points that day, then the points you do earn won't count toward maintaining your King card.

For example, if you have 2000 points toward your next King card, you need 500 more. If you earn 10 points today, then you'll have 2010 toward it and need 490 more. But if you only earn 5 points today, you still only have 2000 points towards King.

They bin the points based on the thresholds you cross that day. For example, say you make 5 trips and earn the following points each day - 5, 50, 15, 200, 30. You would have the following qualifying points toward each card for next period:

Crown - 300
King - 295 (because the 5 point day won't count)
Ace - 280 (because the 5 and 15 point days won't count)
Royal - 200 (because only the 200 point day counts)
