Sunnybrook is adding $600 to first place for their fri night tourney, that's where I'm going. They added $300 to first place in their mon night tourney and they only had 30 people for it.

Sure. Call the department and tell them what you'd like to do then find a room...maybe do that first. Word of mouth will spread like wildfi...ahm...wildflowers. When you get the leg work done give me a call

I would rather see a multi-day tourney held at the Fire House. Give 3 of the 4 days to build the prize pool (early reg) and then run a 2 day event. Then they could keep all the proceeds instead of splitting it with a room. But that would require someone donating the tables and chips.

for the first few hours there's a lot of room for play w/ that starting stack, but they pump up the blinds quickly soon thereafter....

they were getting up to 50 people in Feb./March, w/ the warm weather. I'll be impressed if they get 40 Friday. Who knows though, maybe w/ the stick gone, more show up.

Yeah sorry, my buddy has a place in town that I'll be staying at. There should be plenty of people going though so you'll probably find someone.

Perhaps mention it in the MTTc-Live thread as well: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/65...-13-a-1310417/

And another one bites the dust. Dollar King in temperance shut down. Has been just holding on since Toledo casino opened so could just be competition. But was closed for three days last week for "charity issues" and now hasn't reopened.
