Yep. There was a middle position shove for 130K from nitty old guy with AJ, cutoff jams 250K with AA, I jam 300K with KK.

Worse than losing this hand and busting 2 hands later was listening to the old guy complain for 10 minutes... nonstop "Ace Jack they give me and they have AA and KK. Ace Jack! I could have just folded and made the final table. Ace Jack! I should have folded it... no I had to go all in, i had Ace Jack! Ace Jack! They gave me Ace Jack and he has AA. At least you had KK you had to play. I had Ace Jack! I could have folded it, it was just Ace Jack. AA and KK and I have Ace Jack!". He is saying this to me, random poker players, the floor, and the cashiers paying us out who obviously don't give a flying f*ck. He must have said "Ace Jack" 40 times. LOL poor guy.

I'm also slightly irritated that the guy who was 3/16 to start the day didn't even show up because he had to work, and he probably ended up winning several thousand more than me. Sigh.

On a good note I really liked the tournament structure and promotions/added value. The buffet and overpriced wraps/burritos in the poker kitchen were decent. However, the casino itself I would describe as less "legendary" and more "depressing and smokey as hell", but I'm sure I'll be back again.

How do you not use a personal day if you are 3/16? Why even enter if you know going into a tourny you can't play if you advance to day two?

I qualified Yesterday, of the 25 who did i think most of them went for Saturday, for many thats the perfect day, no time off of work ect.

OMG, I forgot to post about OFC at the berg. They were playing it Monday night before my Tampa trip and playing with a rake to make it legit with the state. When I have some time away from the tables this week, I'll put up a blog about it. I think I have the rules they are using with me as well.

They would also like to host one of our monthly get together. I know you westsiders would go, but how about the east side guys and gals? Anyone interested?
