It is good to be young and play those 12+ hour sessions.

I can't wait for the cash game that starts when the profits are distributed.

Thanks for letting me in the pool.

Doubt it, unless they scale back the blinds for the FT like the HPT...

My theory is a Competitive Camaraderie is one of those things that results in mutual success. Sort of like The Beatles, or any number of the Poker "Mobs" from a few years ago. Just look at the interaction in this thread as an example. We should be breeding some pretty competitive players. If there is a second "Boom" I expect to see a bunch of Michigan names rise to the top.
Second boom will be PLO or some kinda mixed games. But yeah, I think the comp is totally different on the east coast and in Vegas...

Patrick,

As always, great tournament even though I think I deserved a Cada's hat for my hard earned victory (in the $40 2 p.m.)

Thanks everyone for the nice words! I can honestly say that the only reason I made it that far is because Sevup did not play in it. Anyways, for anyone interested in playing HU tourneys they take forever. And its a constant strain on the brain imo. (Everyone player I played made me think the whole time, nobody was soft at all).

It was nice meeting JP and HavingWithdrawls. HW is seriously a tough opponant. The hardest match I had today was him.

One thing I learned is that I need to have more focus thru out the whole day. By the time the final match started, I was already burnt out of playing and just started flipping.

@Turdzilla... dont worry, my money will be spread out all of that table when we play that night

Thx again all
