They only have limit Omaha, there's no PLO correct?
They have rarely spread cash game spread limit Omaha Hi, but last time I saw it spread was with $5 and $10 blinds, which makes it a HUGE game.
Coincidentally, I think there is a PLO tourney this weekend. They have maybe two of these a year, so if you are interested in playing it, look for a flyer in the poker room. On that note, if there is ever a day when a low limit spread-limit PLO type game is being spread, it is the day of a PLO tourney.

Are the Omaha games just high or is there hi/lo?
The games you see spread regularly is 4/8 and 8/16 limit omaha hi/lo.

What would be a good amount to buy in for at a 3/6 or 4/8 Omaha table there, and is there a max buy in at these tables?
Most people at these stakes buy in for one rack ($100), but unless you want to play short or rebuy if you don't win right out of the gate, two racks should be enough. And since these are limit games, there is no max buy-in, although the casino might ask you not to buy in for 20 racks as it would clutter up the casino.

How's the action at those kind of stakes? I imagine that limit Omaha players at 3/6 and 4/8 there would be very bad but like I said I have only play tourneys and hold em spread there.
Haven't played this level in forever. It is the same faces day in and day out. I imagine if you know anything about limit omaha 8/b you can beat these games, but the rake might hurt even more in a split pot game than hold'em.
