Rakeback, Cashback & Ronin payments - Page 10 - Two Plus Two

Shane I have had no luck with support with mulitiple e-mails.... can you please look into my matter, I had $297 Ronin credit issued and then disapeared out of my account, been trying to get it back for 4-5 days now, user name johnnyv5k. Btw is this for sure that 2k WU cashouts will be in action soon, if so im stickin around! Thanks jv

they sent out double payments of ronin so took back the second chunk that they sent u, meaning you won't be getting that 297 back unless you hadn't recieved any ronin payments b4 that.

The fee was still being looked at last I heard, but I do know there will be 2 free per month now.

Hi Shane, I am yet to receive a rakeback payment. Who should I be contacting? I have contacted support several times with no reply.
Considering it was one of my main reasons for signing up to lock, I'd like to know what's going on.

How does VIP work if you're on the RB system? I'm still collecting the VIP points, but support changed me to RB earlier this week. Is there any benefits to the points or are they useless to anyone on RB?

If you plan to stay at the lowest level, then yes RB is better for you.

I still dont like the new poker client, but...
I sent an email to "emily" and ask her to set me up to RB player. After only couple hours, I received an email, and my account has been changed to RB account. Thanks. Good job!

i see the rake payments into my vault (im vip not rb), but i dont see the ronin payments anywhere. where do i find those to see where im at?

You can find it in Your transaction history as "rake chase payment". (Admin page->reports)

I got my first 5$ from my FD bonus too.
There is still something wrong with showing the bonus in admin page (there is 0$ total and 0$ received), but its work.
My previous FD bonus has disappeared, and I must made a new deposit with "THEFUTURE" code. I lost about 7-8$ because I didnt know, that the old bonus code dont work anymore, but ok... I receive now my Ronin, RB and FD bonus properly every day. As I can see, everything will be good at Lock.

(Except the pokerclient. I still dont like the client. Merge was MUCH better.

)

I still show nothing in my bonus report. If it is supposed to release in relation to points, I think I should have seen something already. Where are the details on how the bonus is earned?

Any portion of your bonus that has been released will show up in the Reports tab under the Transactions table. Mine has been coded as "Deposit Bonus payment" with a Game ID of 0.

i found it, ty. did they change the system so that we earn vip pts much slower? i have been black level for the past few months and would reach 10k points easily without even playing too much. this month im only at like 1700 pts or so despite playing a ton and its looking like i wont get near 10k. wtf is going with that?
