FYI I just unistalled and reinstalled the software and it seems to work somewhat. But only the tourney lobby seems to be loading. No ring games

ring games are up, what you can try is let its search for play money games and then after like 5 secs click real money again worked for me.

my ring game is running, but all the tourney and sng tables are frozen. not gonna log out and back in...last time none of the tables re-opened....
anyone know any tricks to get the sng tables back up and going?

How hard can it really be to pause all tournaments for the 30 minutes it took them to figure it out last time? And then maybe send one of their obnoxious pop-ups telling us what's going on and how long until it will be running again. This is absurd.

All tournies should have been canceled and buy-ins refunded. Not fair at all that some could get on and some could not by no fault of their own. It is obvious by the post that this was a wide spread issue and it appears that it is still ongoing. Any tourney that was running during this period should be re-scheduled and buy-ins refunded. Failure to do so will most likely create a mass exodus from Lock and rightfully so. And even though it is the weekend the failure of any Lock rep to respond is troubling to say the least

i shoved with QQ less than 10BB in the 100k.. just then the client died, when i come back, it says "hand cancelled" "table paused". AWESOME. that was probably my last decent chance at staying alive.
