Stop posting info about the payment processor.

Declined is good. A simple search of the thread would reveal that.

WU is no longer appearing as a withdraw option. All I can do is a check.

So what about when the full w/d amount shows up in the casino act, and not just the 10% refund?
10-16-2012 , 11:58 PM
good question
10-16-2012 , 11:59 PM
has anyone tried calling the 800 number that lock provides in the decline email?

I had the same thing happen. That's normal. Check under the history tab on your cashier and notice the WU info in there. All you're waiting on is the control number, which took about another 5 days to appear. Don't worry, your money will be there soon.

I was expecting the decline prior to approval as I have read in various threads. But After receiving my decline earlier this evening and then my funds appearing back in Casino balance... do i just keep my hands off and wait? or do I have to manually resubmit the request? I really hope it's just a temporary limbo and my deposit is moving along as normal.

5hrs since "decline email" money still appears in casino balance.

Yeah this is making me a little weary now too. Put in for a WU payout on Sunday, October 14th and received the standard "PAYOUT REQUEST CONFIRMATION" email from JDB. Honestly, I don't understand the whole "decline but there's a secondary track for your deposit" thing going on - the only other time I made a request was in late June, in which I received no such decline email and received my MTCN in 12 days.

Not alleging any misdoings or anything...some daily clarification on these odd changes from a Lock rep would be quite a step in the right direction. Maybe someone there should employ a rep to start a weekly email alert for US players detailing them on current issues and updated payout processing times/procedures. This is a basic customer service thing, and despite not being where they want to be operationally, I don't think it's too much to ask to start doing this to reassure players.

But that's just what I would do if I was in charge...lol.

From my experiences this is not normal. The only thing left in your account should be your refunded fee. You should email support.

Email I exchanged with support. Hope this helps ease the tension a tad with people experiencing the same thing:

I am curious to why my cashout has been denied but the note says resubmitted? Am I supposed to manually resubmit this request? I am very confused anout the delays as I have seen the money reappear in my lock account but this is beginning to feel like a runaround. There should be no reason for cashouts to be handled this way. I am waiting impatiently for any information you can provide.

Hello,

Thanks for your email. The cashout to Western Union was declined and refunded to your Poker account due to a processor holding up your cashout. You may now re-request the cashout and it will be processed asap.

We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience with the process.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Best Regards,
Murray

Ok, Is there any reason why Western Union is no longer available as a cashout option for me now? That was the method that I selected to use for my initial cashout request.

I wonder if it's resubmitted on its own all the time, or just because the WU option is down...

All these questions can be answered with the one explanation so just bringing it all together.

We have a secondary WU option we can access manually so when players cashouts are held up through the cashier we can cancel them and then manually resubmit the transaction for you through the secondary processor. This is represented in your decline email with: Payout Comments: RESUBMITTED IN POKER CASHIER

This process normally happens very quickly but if like today when the WU processor goes down then there can be a delay fore the second transaction to go out.

So to sum up:

- Yes leave the funds in the casino and your cashout will be pushed out automatically for you ASAP
- WU was missing from the cashier because it went down briefly

PAYOUT REQUEST DECLINED
DEAR ...
We're sorry, but your EPT_WU payout request of 1800 USD for Account ID has been declined.

Payout Comments: RESUBMITTED IN POKER CASHIER

What am I suppose to do in this kind of situation?

There arent a lot of weekly issues, these situations happen on an hourly basis. For example this happened overnight and there were delays but my the next day it was resolved.

The best way for this to work is to deliver real time information right in the cashier. We dont have any flexibility in the current cashier which is why we are currently building our own cashier from scratch so we can add this feature in future.

I already submitted for a check cash out. Should I cancel that? Will Lock still process my transaction through WU? It took minutes for me to deposit through WU, why is it not going through the first time?
10-17-2012 , 10:25 AM
Adding my experience to the forum...

I submitted a withdrawal request on September 19th through WU. I received the standard "payment failed" response and was told that it was being submitted to another processor and should be approved in 5 business days. However, it was then denied.

On 10/8, my cashier history says the status is "failed" and the funds were suddenly back in my poker account.

Several days later, the funds were gone again and I received another e-mail from support with the same "5 business days, another processor" language. I have sent several emails to support and only receive standard boilerplate responses.

I also sent private messages to Shane and Rizen almost a week ago. Neither of them has bothered to even reply.

Needless to say, all of this is more than disconcerting.
