I am curious to why my cashout has been denied but the note says resubmitted? Am I supposed to manually resubmit this request? I am very confused anout the delays as I have seen the money reappear in my lock account but this is beginning to feel like a runaround. There should be no reason for cashouts to be handled this way. I am waiting impatiently for any information you can provide.

Hello,
Thanks for your email. The cashout to Western Union was declined and refunded to your Poker account due to a processor holding up your cashout. You may now re-request the cashout and it will be processed asap.
We regret the inconvenience and thank you for your patience with the process.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.
Best Regards,
Murray

Ok, Is there any reason why Western Union is no longer available as a cashout option for me now? That was the method that I selected to use for my initial cashout request.

Honestly, I don't understand the whole "decline but there's a secondary track for your deposit" thing going on - the only other time I made a request was in late June, in which I received no such decline email and received my MTCN in 12 days.
Not alleging any misdoings or anything...some daily clarification on these odd changes from a Lock rep would be quite a step in the right direction. Maybe someone there should employ a rep to start a weekly email alert for US players detailing them on current issues and updated payout processing times/procedures. This is a basic customer service thing, and despite not being where they want to be operationally, I don't think it's too much to ask to start doing this to reassure players.
But that's just what I would do if I was in charge...lol.
All these questions can be answered with the one explanation so just bringing it all together.
We have a secondary WU option we can access manually so when players cashouts are held up through the cashier we can cancel them and then manually resubmit the transaction for you through the secondary processor. This is represented in your decline email with:
Payout Comments: RESUBMITTED IN POKER CASHIER
This process normally happens very quickly but if like today when the WU processor goes down then there can be a delay fore the second transaction to go out.
So to sum up:
- Yes leave the funds in the casino and your cashout will be pushed out automatically for you ASAP
- WU was missing from the cashier because it went down briefly
