Im on my 15th cash out since March, the process is very normal (if you have cashed out a few times already, the process is expected), the only thing the really seems to change is the time frames, sometimes close to 2 weeks for the whole process to be done and sometimes closer to 4 weeks HOWEVER the mula always comes.

(March was great,3 days and cash in hand)

I requested a cashout on 9/20. Today I got the declined e-mail and all the funds were put back into my casino balance wtf????

Maybe Shane can comment on this. Is there any plans to try and get WU cash outs back to this 3 day wait like in March? From what I have been reading that's how fast they are over on the merge network right now so it is for sure possible. I think this is by far the most important thing for the network to get fixed if they want to make it. They can't really use the excuse anymore that its really hard to process in the US, we all know that but these other US facing sites(ACR, Merge) are finding a way to do it with in days. And the excuse that they are smaller can't be used because Lock isn't that much bigger then merge.

Fixing cash out issues should be the number 1 priority I'm sure its not, sadly.

requested $1200 on 9/17 and it just went through today. 10/8. everyone needs to settle down. you'll get your money, it just takes quite a while. its annoying but american players have limited options. the more you hammer lock support the longer it will be for everyone.

I think this is my 8th withdrawal during that time frame, but this is the first time I've had the decline/confirm emails along with the 10% fee refunded, so I've been able to experience what many others have first hand.

I requested $1300 via WU, comes out to $1170. It did the decline thing and then the confirmation came in and it said confirmed for $450.

I haven't seen any control numbers in the history yet, and it's been 10 days. Is there somewhere else I can look for them? And is 10+ days after approval a normal wait for those magic digits? Everyone else seems to be saying up to 7 days.

Same thing happened to me today. Requested on 9/17 and I got the decline email this morning (for the first time, after regular wu withdrawals for almost a year now). Now all the money is back in the casino. So it looks like I'm going to have to wait over 6 weeks between withdrawals....

They approved me for $450 when I requested $1300. The rest is back in my account. Then I get an email from the cashier saying I was approved for the $1300 minus 10% fee. But in the history it says $450.

Seriously, Lock support needs to actually look at the case, not just say whatever comes to the top of their heads. Clearly something is wrong with my situation. Support just gives a standard response without looking at the situation. I waited for 3 weeks without emailing them anything about my cashout. Now I get the approval thing today and it's for 1/3 the amount I requested. It's ridiculously awful customer service. I don't want to wait another 3 weeks for the rest of the money.

10/8-Got denied, then got TWO confirmation e-mails. one for $0.00 another for $2000

Is the date for the one free cash-out per month based on when it's made by the player or processed by Lock?

Really hoping it's based on when I hit the cashout button...Did it on September 30th but no word yet...and I'm wondering if it's ok to cashout again and get the fee refunded for October...

They may or may not be paying very close attention to that. You wont be able to cashout again for at least 2-3 weeks anyways because that is how long it takes to receive via WU.

well after waiting 14 buisness days finally recieved my wu info, oh wait not the most important part the control number. WAS TOLD THAT COULD TAKE ANOTHER 5-7 BUISNESS DAYS,,, OMFG,,, so actually wu withdraw will take 12-21 buisness days,,, unreal, also could you make the senders address less complicated, i have like 4 commas in addy, what is the fing town, guess i should just pick one, anyone else having these issues ,or am i just the chosen one.....

If you read this thread you'd realize you are describing the known process here for the past several months or more. The number will prob show in 2-4 days

I have not been getting the confirmation emails, only seeing the WU approval in my history. When I get the MTCN in history, will it also show sender info.? I'm not sure I'm going to get an email about it.
