You should email Shane. Youre money may be sitting at WU. Try contacting WU as well I have read in the past where the money was ready the # didnt show up.

Requested 08/06, no update, still "requested".. No reply from Support or any lock reps.

7-14 business days on WU.

If its out of that time frame email Shane and he can help otherwise I'm not sure there is anything he can do.

Wow I just don't get this I did it on 7/25 and still no control number. And its not like they are sending the high volume players faster because i'm an elite VIP. Can Shane please comment for the reason for players getting cash outs faster then others?

They have no answers. Im in the same boat, also requested 7/25. Contacted support last week and they have no reason, just that there was a delay. I asked for them to be more specific as I am seeing withdrawals requested after mine being processed and still no actual answer, just a generic delayed response.

Very frustrating but did have Sender info show up in my cashier today. No MTCN number tho, lets see if they can make this happen inside of a month.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but it seems like they just denied my withdrawal request and then opened a new request for it? Also, I don't quite understand why the $150 was taken out of the money I was withdrawing rather than my account itself, as I was hoping to actually receive $1500.

Its odd but that's the way it has been happening. And yeah if you wanted $1500 you need to request $1650. $2000, request $2200.

Yeah the only thing I can think of is they were training a ton of people or something and now they are just getting caught up and are able to do a lot more WU cash outs per day. I do remember shane posting that they are in the middle of switching over the cashier department and that's why the VIP 8k checks are not available yet. Not sure if they are switching payment processors or just employes. But I will keep you updated on my cash out since we did it on the same day.
