Yeah it's tough to comprehend that certain people get cherry picked to receive their cash outs first. Not sure how that works. I would assume if that is a legit post that they should have been able to process everyone already that requested a cash out up until 8 days ago. Either way I'm still waiting patiently. Hope it comes next few days.

I received my first one in 8 days, 2nd one not so much. 7/19-8/11 (req-money in hand). I dont think people would be so frustrated if they said hey its a pain in the ass to get the money processed due to the wonderful US govt and our growing pains. I know personally if they said hey it is gonna take 21 days or 30 days and they were consistent with that, I would be perfectly ok with it. Its just the cookie cutter emails you get and no response and inconsistent answers are super tilting.

Quick question... I requested WU on 7/14, got approved and received all info except control # on 7/26, received control # on 8/10. I got the fee refunded on 7/26, just wondering if that cash out counts for July or August. Thanks

I believe they go off when you were approved but not pos. Also did u have to e mail them to get your refund of did they just do it when they canceled your cash out and took it out manually?

What a joke. Three weeks for a Western Union? Why even offer it at all?

I agree 3 weeks is longer than most would like for a WU cashout. My first one took only 10 days. Apparently the processor is responsible for this. It's not the end of the world I guess and I do like the one free per month. I just hope with increased traffic it doesn't end up taking as long as the checks do now.

Mine took 18 days. Its better then waiting 6-8 weeks via check don't you think... Plus with a check you run the risk of it bouncing or having it put on hold for a another few days because they are international checks.

So how many times should i attempt to get my WU fee refunded before i consider Lock is attempting to steal it? Received WU withdrawal 7-26 with no problems, but i have attempted 6 times to received my fee refunded. Numerous attempts to support and Shane and so far nothing. I actually thought Lock was ok all things considered now i think they suck and is attempting not to give me my money back or they are incompetent, not sure which is worse.

It goes by the approved date so in the case of WU thats when our team approves it and sends it over to WU to send out. That is when you get the email with everything but the MTCN number.

So in your case yes that was July.

I finally received an email about this. They claim with that $1800 w/d the refunded me but they havent. No response about this either.

i just did a 500 withdraw they charged me 50 dollars and only put 5 dollars back in my casino account so i am out 45 dollars

I have a couple questions about WU withdrawal fee's and refunds.

-is it a flat fee or the 10% thing?
-do you get just 1 fee refund per month?

10% and one refund per calendar month.

Also, I requested 7/30, approved 8/7, still nothing since then though.
My last two withdrawals took 6 and 7 days last month.
