Looked at the vip page, and I am curious as to why people would want to switch off of rakeback...when you are at best getting 22.5% rakeback for elite(is there additional rakeback?). I am assuming I am missing something.

Yes, you can trade VIP points for an additional 20% RB, up to around 40%

running x day averages solves this problem, if you say 35k running avg over x days, then the 80k is effectively banked

I got switched over to VIP this morning, and now I cannot access my stats page or the cashier. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is there an easy way to check if your account has been verified? I uploaded the documents last weekend, but I have no idea if I have been verified yet.

To contrast, I quickly received an email that they had been received, then received another email the next day that they had been accepted. Also, on my account page it says my status is gold (verified).

Suggestion: Put some workflow status on our admin home page. Like: Documents received, Documents in review queue (maybe with an eta to review time, if it is longer than a day or two), Status: verified. I just can't find anything telling me about my verification status, nor do I even know how or if I'll be notified when I get verified or if there were any problems.

Cashier balance isn't accurate. Here is what has happened since. They send me an email with that days tables...buy in and cashed out. an entire table is missing. So I go on PTR pull it up. THERE IT IS! Shows daily winnings for the 14th at $60.75. They show $34. I send it to them. The reply is this...a NEW EMAIL with all the buy ins and cashes out for that day...WITH THE TABLE NOW ADDED. Then they are acting like the last email never happened. Like..Sir..what are you talking about? There it is, its been there the whole time. What are you talking about? But check this...THE FUNDS ARE STILL NOT IN MY ACCOUNT! The email shows $274 like its suppose to. However, its never been in my account! Sent pretty much the same thing in a reply email that I just said here. And its the same guy replying to all emails.

Also, the "daily winnings" thing resets at 00:00 Lock Time...which is the same as 01:00 Eastern time. So if you were playing around 1:00am eastern then this would be where the discrepancy comes from....you split your winnings across two different days (even though it was the same session).

The other possibility is that perhaps you had your auto-rebuy on or something and are kind of forgetting about that. Obviously if you start with $25, lose a hand and are down to $20, and then rebuy to top-off your stack at $25 again then that will affect the numbers also. I could start with a $25 stack, cashout for $50, but be -$200 on the session if I just kept losing over and over again before eventually doubling-up and then leaving the table.

This is commonly known as the "but how much did you lose?" effect.

I'm not even counting rakeback. I'm just looking at winnings - rake. But even if my numbers are a little off...$60.75 to there $34? For that to be accurate, there rake would have to be 40% wouldn't it?

Is it possible your tracking program isn't accurately tracking all of your play? I've been playing on LOCK since late April on a nearly daily basis and have been tracking everything on an Excel spreadsheet. Every "table in/table out" entry is tracked, every bonus, every rakeback. My spreadsheet matches Lock's records to the penny.
OTOH, if Lock was over-raking pots, I'd have no way of knowing.

Hi Guys. Just wanted to update and say that I requested a check on 5/16 and it was just approved yesterday 6/16.

I guess the 4-6 week bottle-necked timeline is currently accurate.

If you rake over 1k a month, you are better off switching over. I have no idea how many hands at those stakes though.

Are you using HEM? For some reason my HEM misses quite a lot of hands on Lock so my HEM and Lock rarely match. Never checked the forums to see if this is a known bug or if there is an update for it though.

My HEM messes up up too. Specifically the profits are off. Maybe it's an issue with the amount of rake calculated, but there are times in a session where the profit is off by at least $100. Maybe it's due to losing internet connection on a big hand and HEM didn't capture that hand. Not sure.

Not really a big deal to me, since I mainly use HEM to track stats, not profits.

did any of you who got a cashout from the poker client get a tracking number yet? i got the email saying my cashout has been processed 3 days ago, but havent gotten a tracking number or anything.

You only get a tracking number for cashout by courier check on the casino side. Poker checks sent from merge's cashier which the poker side uses do not come with a tracking number.
